I echo what everyone else is saying, what you receive is nothing like the pictures. When you order it offers 30 day money back guarantee with no questions asked..yea right! They wanted pictures and explanations and even after I provided all that they state shipping back totals about $70 and instead they offer a % off more of their crappy products, this company should be banned in the US

This is a scam. The dresses are cheaply made prints not as pictured. And the return policy is a joke. I’m stuck with what I received. Sizing is wrong and it’s junk.

Clothing not like photos on website
My order took almost a month to arrive. The dress I ordered looks nothing like the photos of it on the website. It just looks like a photo print of the dress. Most certainly not hand sewn or tailored. The price should have been a give away. Since it was such a good price for a dress. The dress was delivered somewhere from China. I would not trust this website. I made that mistake.

Totally scammed - ghosted on refund
Totally scammed. Piece of clothing was cheap Halloween fabric with a screenprinting of "patches", not a patchwork item. And now, they are giving me excuses, delays, and at this point totally ignoring my requests for a refund.
Since September of 2025 I have contacted their "service" email more than a dozen times, sent them the required photos of their own unacceptable product, and all I have received is stalling and bogus responses like "our management team has not yet reviewed your refund request", and similar delay tactics. I requested a copy of their return policy and an estimate of the "costly" shipping charges for a return multiple times. As you may have guessed - no response.
I'm not stupid. I am fully aware that this unethical company is never going to give me a refund. At this point they have been completely ignoring my emails for weeks. That is what is prompting me to write this post.
My advice is DO NOT purchase from them unless you want garbage products and garbage customer service, and no resolution to reasonable request.
In Cowboyhood's dishonest world of profit-hunting, their choice is to SAY they run a legit business, but ACT in a completely different way.

The item I received was NOTHING like the item depicted on their website!!
Received cheaply printed pixelated images on scratchy sweatshirt material, rather than woven, 3-dimensional, embroidered dress shown on their website.
When I emailed them to complain, they offered a 20% coupon, and suggested I keep the item and "give it to a friend". I would never insult a friend by giving the item I received to them, unless maybe as a gag gift!
WHY WOULD I BUY ANYTHING ELSE FROM THIS COMPANY??

All shipped from China, junk product
Do not buy from this company. Ordered the "embroidered" Gulf of America hat, for a gift. It is not embroidered, it is stamped or like iron on lettering. They offer no returns. Paid extra for faster shipping, which didn't happen. All products shipped from China and took weeks to be delivered. Tried to cancel, as it was taking so long. Got emails in response with all kinds of excuses. Paid over 30 US dollars for junk. Couldn't give it as intended as it was so bad. Donated it to my local Goodwill. Lost money and feel duped. Buyer beware!
