I purchased a dress and shirt from this company. Both the dress and the shirt are NOTHING like what is posted on the website! The website says the dress and shirt are cotton- NOPE! They are polyester. The material on both items are a bad print of the A.I. image that it displayed on the website. The material is thin and the dress has a crooked seam.
I have been trying for over a month to get a refund, but "customer service" has been offering a 10% refund or "20% off future purchases". Even though the website clearly states "satisfaction guaranteed or full refund with no questions asked", I still have not been given a refund.

Update: they responded here on TrustPilot saying how to contact their customer service and again they didn’t answer via email. They’re trying to save face by replying here. Do not trust them.
The product I ordered was two weeks late to ship so I asked them to cancel and refund my order. They kept replying that it’ll just be a few more days. I asked again to cancel and refund or I’m contacting my credit card to reverse the charge. They immediately shipped the goods the next day. Now they won’t respond to emails at all.

If I could do a zero star review I would. I reached out to cancel my order after a friend told me of how terrible their products were that they ordered and how the would not give them a refund. I tried canceling 2 days after I ordered and before they shipped the product. They said they would not refund my money. I paid extra for 5 day shipping and it still has not shipped 8 days after I have ordered and they will not cancel and refund my money. Please please stay away from this company that couldn't care less about their customers or guest experience.

Complete rip off
Items are completely different than as pictured and sizes are even much smaller than stated. They "shipped" from New York according to the ship label on my package. Had to go through PayPal consumer protection to get a resolution. Resolution is not completed yet. I have to pay over 100.00 to send their trash back to them. They stole Christmas from my family and now because they want to get that last extra dig in I have to find a way to pay to ship the junk back. Can't say I am impressed with PayPal consumer protection at this time either.

A very clever, yet unfortunate Scam website
A standard case of being too good to be true. Do your research because it isn't what they say it is. Check on the About Us page and they talk about their being a brand about being active and going to the gym. Yet most of the clothing displayed is anything but. It appears there's little info about the company, I don't hear about them except when and where people discuss scam websites. Their products on the site are beautiful but the pricing is too good to be true, and far cheaper than most would consider selling for. Too many consumer reports complain of getting cheap, polyester substitutes, sometimes damaged product, a true bait-and-switch operation from China.They make it seem like they promptly processed your order and then hope you forget about it because you won't get any product in return unless you're extremely lucky. And if you are fortunately to get something it's some screenprinted garbage made of polyester. It's difficult to reach them, and that makes them very sketchy. If they only have an email address but no toll-free or local customer service phone # and no live chat are both very big red flags. The few good reviews you'll find about this company are likely paid bot services. And if you unfortunately provide your data, it'll likely be stolen and re-sold without your knowledge or consent. So unfortunate because it looks like such beautiful clothing. It's likely all AI, though.
