Another sucker - wish I’d read these reviews before parting with my money!!

Bought item from this scam of a mob last Aug 2019 still not received tell you it held up with shipping comany lies after lies now not answering emails, DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY.

Yes I’m another sucker who ordered a dress advertised on Instagram back in July without receiving anything. I have sent numerous emails to no avail, including emails stating that they have openly stolen from me but its always the same type of reply “be patient shipping details to follow etc etc”. Avoid buying anything from this company it’s a complete scam. I’m sure they call themselves something else now so unless I know the brand I will not be purchasing from unknown online companies again or should I say con artists

This company is a scam. Do not order from them, they keep your money and send nothing.

Ordered a pair of shoes in August never received them despite many emails requesting info nithing has ever arrived would not advise anyone to use this website.

No delivery. 5 emails received claiming goods on their way. However I did manage to get a refund through PayPal.
Do not use this company.

Ordered goods in august nothing ever received have had numerous emails from them saying they are being sent nothing has ever arrived. Now in dispute with my card company who I hope will refund me. Think this is a scam and is fraud. Got their original data via Facebook. ? Does Facebook check advertisers out or just take the money? Five months on nothing has been resolved. Will never order from a company who advertises with them again.

This is a scam company, I think based in Hong Kong. I ordered a dress in the summer, never arrived, gave false name for courier company. Chased and chased but gave up which is what they know you will. Again a FACEBOOK ad - why don't FB check out their advertisers instead of just taking the money? My credit card company have refunded me but Face Book should take responsibility for these scam ads.

All the people on here are completely right about this awful company. Facebook should never have allowed them to advertise on their page causing so many people these problems. I've taken it up with the bank but I'm thinking it should be Facebook now that should reimburse all these people.

Please do not buy from this company .I ordered in June and eventually after lots of emails got my card.meant to be thick and luxurious what I got was fit for the bin .unshapen. thin the pockets protruding .out of shape rubbish. Asked for a full refund an email offering me 3 pounds then another offering 5 ???? DO NOT BUY

Goods never received, ordered in August, company gave a dodgy tracking number and several excuse emails. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY.

As per everyone else on this thread. Its a con. I ordered via a Facebook add in August. 6 emails later - £24.00 wasted - no product received. Paid through Pay Pal so no chance of a refund. It is a fraudulent company which is basically stealing from customers. It needs shutting down immediately.

Appalling company!!!Took payment through PayPal and never sent items. Claimed they were delivered. Never delivered. Couldn't get refund through PayPal as they showed some nonsense tracking to say items were delivered. Not delivered. I can only recommend you do not buy from this fraudulent company!!

Ordered in August a summer dress, to date nothing! emails from me to and frowing to them, nothing to date. This company must be looked into, its fraud, taking monies and not supplying. Why is facebook allowing this company to advertise with them! Again I must have emailed them 6 times to no avail! One of the emails which was replied to was to say sorry, they had posted it to the wrong address! Lies, then they go to say it will be with me very soon, how soon is soon,20+ weeks!

This company must be fraudulent I ordered a dress in August and have received nothing but ridiculous emails saying it’s on its way. I’m going to contact my bank tomorrow to look into claiming my money back

I was given a tracking num and it was not in my name or address I got in touch with PayPal it went though the dispute resolution centre and it ended up basically they called me a Lier even though I explained that I had been in touch with the post office were the parcel was delivered they confirmed the tracking num did NOT respond to my name and address and advised me to get in touch with the fraud department at the police station, but is it worth all the trouble and hassle and like me I have lost all my money like so many others and PayPal does not recognise this as a fraudulent company

What a load of rubbish. Again £25 spent on a luxurious cardigan NOT !!! 6 wks to arrive. Out of shape mucky no tags button missing holey and unfinished. Very very poor quality. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY

Well this company is a load of rubbish I ordered a cardigan off them and had to wait months for it to arrive also only had any response from them when I emailed to find out what was going on only then did I get an update on where my cardigan was and then to have two different delivery company saying completely different things . So when my cardigan arrived it’s the biggest load of tat you have ever seen it’s not worth £24.99 that I paid for it it’s a cheap tatty product that a street person wouldn’t even wear . They also won’t give refund or compensation for all the hassle I’ve had with them they are completely rubbish company . Please don’t buy from them

Had to give a 1 star to write a review but it's not even worth that. You wait for months for your item to arrive and when it does it's a load of junk. This company should be looked into and closed down for sending such rubbish out which is nothing at all like what you ordered. Keep well away. There is no way in getting in touch with them for your money back.

Ordered my thick woolly cardigan at the end of August, after numerous emails and false tracking numbers my cardigan turned up last week.
After more emails asking for a refund and pre-paid label to return I was told no to both, because I paid through PayPal I went through their resolution centre, was told I could have a full refund if I returned it myself and was in the same condition I received it.
Checking to see how much my package would cost to return it, probably more than what I paid for it, I've come to conclusion that it's an expensive lesson learned, DO NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY AT ALL.
