This is obviously a fake company, as I ordered a knitted cardigan from these, it was supposed to be delivered today I have contacted the delivery company and it was delivered to someone completely different to me, and a completely different address. The website is now unaccessible as it was set up on a platform so i can't even contact them to enquire.

Fake crap company! Ordered shoes for my daughter 2nd Aug.. Never got them.. Opened a case thru PayPal.. Then get fake tracking info that doesn't exist!.. Then they send more tracking info apparently hermes stating delivered, (a lie as I was in all day on supposedly delivery day) I tell THEM to chase it up as they took out the contract with the courier.. Never heard another thing.. Thankfully PayPal refunded me.. Took a month and half!.. SCAMNERS! BEWARE!

Fake company. Do not use.
I ordered two dresses from cowcute on 1/8/2020.
After a couple of weeks I thought I ought to track my order. My dresses had been dispatched.........after a couple of days and an email to customer support, the tracking changed to ‘delivered’. It hadn’t been.
Another email to ask about my goods and was told they were on their way and to be patient.
I was patient until a week ago when I emailed again and asked for a refund.
No response at all! It’s now 11/9/2020 and I doubt I’ll see my goods.
I deduce them to be a scam company. Please do not use them.

Emailed and told parcel sent to wrong address exactly the same as previous parcel from company called Enllegar THIS IS A SCAM COMPANY from the same website MINUS STAR Rating not available but would have used if I could Update Paypal have now refunded my money
