Worst customer service I have dealt with in my life. Rude and non responsive. Products themselves are also just average.

I ordered a thong and a cropped tank top in a beautiful blue, ribbed stretch cotton fabric, and also a cropped tank and thong in faux leather. I liked the fabrics. The design and fit were really bad. I am tall, muscular and very lean.

I went by the size chart info using my actual measurements, but the fit in everything was terrible. The thongs have no pouch to them at all, basically flat triangular doilies of fabric that you have to try to keep suspended over your junk. The strap that runs from the bottom of the pouch up the back is of a different, highly elastic material with an extreme amount of stretch. That makes it just about impossible for the "pouch" to be held securely in place, or for the pouch material itself to be made to stretch out to conform better to your anatomy. Basically, you would want to order the smallest size available rather than what's on the size chart, but then the pouch is still likely to be very inadequate if you are at all hung. Frankly, I am at a loss as to how they produce the photographs on their website for the product pages, because the "pouch" just doesn't look like that at all.

The cropped tank tops fit *very* short on me, much more so than what it looks like in the pictures with their models. Which confirms my suspicion that their products are designed for, and modeled by, pocket-sized gogo dancers that easily fit dancing on a bar top. If that's not your size and proportions, these products will not work out well for you.

Also, the larger sizes in the tanks don't seem to give much more length or more room around the arm holes, but rather more space at the bottom hem (in other words, they will accommodate a larger gut). If you are lean, what you get is something that's way too tight around the chest and shoulders (even with a larger size), and then shelfs out open at the bottom over your midriff. It's not a good look.

A final note: while I am not even remotely sized like the guys who these are obviously designed for, I did do some gogo gigs wearing the thongs in a seedy club for the more "daddy" crowd. I did manage to keep the little triangles suspended in front in approximately the correct location, and the very elastic bottom strap allows for a considerable range of motion as momentum builds up with rhythmic dance moves. Side gap is extreme. In that forgiving environment, these thongs did work out well, but be clear: nothing is securely contained in any way, and trying to keep things in place under jeans would be futile.

Don’t not buy from Coyote Jocks. Ever. Truly one of the worst customer service experiences I have ever had. From ordering to delivery. I ordered this singlet and realized I ordered a small by mistake. Emailed them literally 5 minutes after I placed the order telling them I ordered the wrong size. You get a form email telling you that you’ll receive a response in 24 hours. Never happened. When I finally got a response THREE DAYS LATER, I was told the order had already shipped and there was nothing they could do because they don’t accept returns or exchanges. Now, after the terrible ordering experience, the delivery company they use is giving me the runaround about delivery. Spend your money somewhere else.

Ordered a small size in error, and emailed immediately after placing the order trying to either cancel/rebuy OR just have the medium size subbed in. No reply until three days later, saying “well it already shipped, so just get back to us when you get it.” Emailed upon delivery, then “no returns. Sorry!” Forget this company. No underwear is worth that runaround.

Products are not true to size. The swimsuits are small it’s a joke and they don’t accept returns or exchanges. Might as well flush my money down the toilet.

I accidentally ordered the wrong sizes from Coyote Jocks and reached out *before* the items arrived to request an exchange. I offered to return everything at my own expense, even in the original postal packaging, and would have been happy with store credit. Despite this, the company refused to consider any solution and responded curtly, ending the conversation.

I understand hygiene policies, but the lack of flexibility or willingness to work with a customer was really disappointing. I’ll be looking elsewhere from now on, brands like Addicted have been far more helpful and customer-friendly in my experience.

I would give this a zero star rating if possible. I bought a singlet that should’ve been amazing. The pictures were great, but when I got it, the legs were super baggy. I tried to return it, but I was told it was an intimate product and returns were prohibited. I’d be OK with that if it was sized according to what they promised, I got a baggie single made in China with zero quality and no accountability. I would avoid this company and anything they produce and try to find a legitimate product, even if it cost more coyote jocks is not a good company Also, they post reviews on the website, but there is no option to provide honest feedback so all the reviews are completely fake.

Truly awful customer service. Made a purchase, the web removed one of the 2 items, so I didn't get the discount I wanted.

I made another purchase with the 2 items and IMMEDIATELY contacted them to please cancel the first purchase.

No answer for 3 days, and then they tell me they can't cancel the parcel because it's been sent already.

Not only that, they don't offer any solutions and truly seems they don't care about their customers at all.

Truly awful service, I don't recommend buying from them and I won't be doing it in the future.

First order : took a while to be delivered to France but the brief was perfect, incredibly soft and sexy.
Second order : the item got lost. The customer service, which everyone seems to complain about, answered quickly, offering a refund on my card. I asked if one could sent me the same order, was told of course, and they did. It arrived yesterday.

Shipping took 11 business days (states 3-8 business days at checkout). Not a big problem except it was sent to a hotel I was staying at and it didn't arrive before I had to checkout. I emailed multiple times before and during my hotel stay to see where the package was and if it was going to be late, to request it be cancelled / returned to sender. Customer Service were so slow to respond and basically did nothing.

When it finally did arrive at the hotel, I contacted Coyote customer service and offered to ship it back to them (at my cost!). But they refused because the order contained 1 jockstrap ($28 on a $130 order). The package is sitting at the hotel unopened and untouched, and would cost over $100 to get it Fedex'd to me in Canada.

I get that its not a simple situation but customer service has been extremely slow and unhelpful, and totally unwilling to help me find a solution.

The root cause of the whole problem was their terribly slow shipping, made worse by poor customer service and slow response times.

I will never order with them again and suggest you do the same!

Sorry I made an order from Paris France an no news It’s paid my credit card is debited!!!! I wrote to customs service and no answer It’s really very bad because they have money of the order I made!

They did the same thing to me as some of these other people. They provided an incorrect sizing guide, refused exchanges and would only give me 15% off my next order. What BS. They are very dishonest

I ordered a swimsuit. Looked cute. But when I put it on, I immediately started chaffing. It’s SO poorly sown, and the materials are TERRIBLE. When I asked to swap it for a different design to see if it was only an issue with my suit or a refund, they declined and offered 15% off my next purchase. I’m never purchasing anything from coyote jocks ever again. It’s such a terrible company.

Horrible customer service. Made a 200$+ order. Half of it was out of stock. Only offered store credit, when I said I wanted a full refund they stopped responding. Reported to the better business bureau.

I received an item that did not have the fit I expected.
I requested a return address and process clarification.

A "Charley" at the hello@coyotejocks CS email responded and indicated it would be cheaper buy the return shipping from them and get a return label.

I "purchased" the return label for $9.13 US. It was charged to my CC but no digital label was provided upon payment.

I wrote them for clarification as to how I procure the label, either digitally or was it being mailed (which seems counter intuitive) but there is no info on the website that indicates anything about this process or an address.

I have written them 5 times in the last 15 days to just clarify how the label is accessed or if it was being mailed, with no response.

There is no phone number or other way to contact them. Smart on their part, especially if a label is not sent, to make more money for nothing. Apparently they are saving money on customer service as well...

I will wait one more week, then have my CC dispute the charges. CoyoteJocks if you are reading this, just clarify how I get the label, and when I am to get it, or I'll find your corporate headquarters and send the shit back myself, and have my CC company remove the charges.

Making this hard is a great way for people to give up, and I wonder how much they make in this process, when they do.

Guess I won't be ordering the next size up eh?

Customer service say they’re going to chase up orders but nothing happens. 5 weeks later and they say half of the order is no longer in stock. When told to cancel and refund all of a sudden the orders dispatched and they no longer are replying to emails. Shocking customer service don’t waste your time with them

Terrible fit. Too tight under the ass but then baggy down the back. Boxy fit. Literally unwearable. Cheap material.

I wish I could give them a zero. You’ll never get your order. Support will say they’re working on it then ghost you. Scammer company not sure how they’re still in business. Stay away. You’re better off going to Addicted or Awry Mensware. Quality is way better elsewhere anyway.

I placed a $100+ order on May 2nd. I reached on May 12th, because there had been no change in order status since 5/2. Customer Support assured me it was being looked into, and that the order status “should change fairly soon”. As of 5/15 (13 days after placing the order) there still hasn’t been an update. Stay far away from this business.

Do not order to the UK. I paid 200£ in custom duties even though I paid 100£ for all duties to be paid when i ordered online. The order took 12 days to leave their office and be collected. It is now May 6th and I ordered on April 10th with an ask from Royal Mail for £92 more on the £101 I paid already.

Can't even comment on the product but delivery service terrible.
