Their white jock faded in the wash because it was outside of their 30 day return policy they wouldn't stand by their product .

They are horrible at getting answers to you via email about customer service mistakes. I have an order I placed a month ago, I can't even get a response about where its at, only a coupon, and another order I placed last week already went out. Makes no sense, yet my items have not been delivered. "Phil" at the customer service center has given ZERO help.

You straight up won't get it. Its now been 12 days since I ordered and NOTHING. No mail, no contact, no item. Total scam. Not worth it.

Do not order online! Fit was all wrong using their size guidelines. Harness gapped in middle and cut under arms. They agreed but Customer service was worthless. They wanted me to pay more in the return postage than the item cost in order to issue a refund!!! WTF??? BUYER BEWARE

The size was too small. It’s incorrect sizing and customer service couldn’t help me replace them. This is ridiculous considering you pay $60 for a pair that take 8 days to deliver to a major city.

Sizing is completely wrong and their customer service is a complete fail. Also, if you want to exchange, you're paying for returns. Just a really garbage way to deal with customers when you drop $300 and they penny pinch you when you're still trying to get additional products. Whether your a small-medium sized business or not - get your s^^t together.

Do not deal with this company, the products advertised are not what they are sending out. Bought five pairs in a medium size as I usually do from all other brands and what they supplied wouldn’t even fit a 26’’ waist. Customer service is crap I’m £100 out of pocket and they will not honour an exchange or refund and are now ignoring my emails. Buyer beware stay clear of this company.

The shipping cost and options could be better though.

I did not like that despite being a Canadian company they charge in USD. They are also headquartered in Toronto and charged me $20 to ship to the same city. Good product, but not worth the price.

I've ordered from these guys twice. The first time I ordered briefs and the quality was OK. I mean it's just briefs nothing special. The second time I tried a couple of other products and ordered one by mistake, I thought it was a tank top and it turned out to be the bra thing. Returning it has been a complete pain in the neck. It requires figuring out a way to correspond with them by email, involving multiple delays in response. I had to mail the product back at my own expense. Once they received it they said I was eligible to exchange. The only product I wanted to exchange they were out of stock in every color in my size. They said that my only other option was a refund from which they would deduct eight dollars. They made a simple underwear purchase into an unpleasant experience I won't repeat, and they nickel and dime me at the end.

Easy order, quick delivery, good quality product.
I ordered an item from this company for the first time, the quality is very good, delivery was fast. I just wish their products and/or shipping options would be a bit more affordable

Ordered a multi-pack from the company. Upon receiving, the underwear that shipped were defective and misrepresented on the website. Each item was a different size, and one was even half the size of the others. Company refused to help, and referred to a non applicable return policy despite acknowledging the items being defective. Terrible service, terrible product quality.
