Not up to usual high standard
Having used this firm many times before I was unfortunately dissatisfied with the service I received on my recent visit.
For the first time I felt very pressurised into adding the extra insurance, and I mean pressurised.
The print out then d8dnt show my extra insurance, bit I was told it was included it was just a mistake on the paperwork.
I was then told it wouod not be one of my usual cars but a Dacia Sandero, oh and it is 5/8ths full and I need to return it the same. How can I judge that I asked, and why isn't it full as normal? Well thats how much is in there and you will have to judge it I was informed! The car was not great with constant warnings I needed to take a break (after 5 mins driving) or if I put my shades on there was another warning that had been reported to somewhere. The sat nav kept changing tje speed to not ms6ch the road I was on so beeped me telling me I was driving too fast, even though I was well within the speed limit, including dropping to 30 on a motorway which is 120kph!
When I returned after guessing the fuel needed and getting 5/8ths full i was told the system said i should have 6/8ths, but the paperwork showed 5/8ths so that was accepted.
Will i use again, i'm now not sure, sadly.

Best Car Rental Service In Alicante!
We rented a car for our 4 days in Alicante. The price advertised was the price we paid, no hidden costs! The staff were polite, friendly and helpful, the car itself was clean and reliable. I can't recommend Coys enough if you're ever in Alicante!
