We rented a car for our 4 days in Alicante. The price advertised was the price we paid, no hidden costs! The staff were polite, friendly and helpful, the car itself was clean and reliable. I can't recommend Coys enough if you're ever in Alicante!

Great service as normal, use all the time when travelling into Alicante, such a shame they dont operate from Corvera.

Have used this company before and as always very well organised. Now having online check in makes it even easier. Decent prices and no add ons although I believe they are charging for extra drivers next bookings

Very good service, quick pick up from airport. Having used other questionable hire car companies at alicante airport, Coys were brilliant put my mind at ease were very helpful and we had a lovely car. Would now only rent from Coys and will be recommending them to family and friends

Very good all inclusive price, excellent and prompt service. If only every car hire company was like this. Would not hesitate to recommend or use again.

As ever, clear, fair and flexible. The car was really good. I’m pleased Coys honoured their earlier promise not to charge for additional drivers this time. Staff were endlessly patient with our last-minute changes (sorry). The one thing which is likely to stop me booking again next month is new extra charges: I hate them!

Personally I wouldn’t use anyone else. Cases packed in the car whilst we were doing the paperwork. Just a no nonsense car hire company that is amazing. Easy to book and at a great price

First time experience of COYS @ Alicante and everything went smoothly. Friendly & professional service with competitive pricing. We were provided with a virtually new car that was very much appreciated. Very close to the airport and a great pick up and drop off service provided, whereby we literally only waited minutes to be picked up. Nice to have found another trustworthy company and would highly recommend their services.

We have used Coys now on several occasions and it really is so easy to hire a car from them. Pick up from the airport and a few minutes later you have your hire car. Same with returning the car. Coys is so accommodating even allowing changes to bookings when changes to flights occur. Great company to deal with and really good prices.

The most straightforward car rental I have done. 4th time using Coys and booked again for next month. 5 star service every time

Thank you for your reply, why not change your policy, do like others companies do. Bring the car back with a full tank that has been filled up within 10km of your office. As the fuel gauge is electronic you have to keep turning the ignition on/off to try & see where the fuel level is it’s frustrating & time consuming. Additionally the car was a hybrid & as my husband is a careful driver (we have an electric at home so understand the re-gen feature) we actually left the car at Coy’s with more ‘left’ mileage than when we took it. We have never been pulled up on this in the last 3 years. Your NEW fuel policy is insulting & offensive to GOOD REGULAR CUSTOMERS!!

We’ve been booking car hire with you around 5 times a year for the last 3 years, regarding the fuel we have always been told to bring the car back with similar amount of fuel in the car as when we took it.

I even asked once what if you don’t put as much in & I was told as long as it’s not way under you’ll be ok.

This time we were told we hadn’t put enough fuel in & we would have to pay. Fair comment but we were told it would be 25€ plus a fee taking it to over 30€.

My husband had to drive to the Petrol Station & put all of 8€ in. If we were charged 10€ we could have understood but 30€ is very unreasonable.

We are all absolutely disgusted by this change which is obviously because Coys has been taken over & are no longer the fabulous company they once were.

WE WILL NOT BE COMING BACK!!!

I've used COYS for the last 5 or 6 years. Never had a bad experience , price is what it says, cars are generally new. An absolute pleasure to deal with compared to the big boys who basically want try to pressure you I to paying more..

They were very polite and made the whole proces easy and fast.

Staff, service, location all perfect but as a very regular user will feel that the price hike is quite significant to make us consider using other companies. Maybe a loyalty scheme for regulars users would be an idea

Booking was straightforward and the price was reasonable. I made a mistake with the booking, which was rectified with one email. Instructions for collection from the airport were precise and we waited only a few minutes for the minibus. Coys depot is only a short drive and the friendly driver spoke perfect English.
I was offered the full insurance package for about €60, it was not a hard sell like some hire companies, but despite having annual excess cover, I took it. The car provided was almost brand new and much better model than I was expecting.
The whole process was considerably quicker than many hires where I’ve used on-airport firms.
The car return was equally as smooth. I would definitely use Coys again.

The car was in perfect condition, very clean and exactly as reserved. No surprises, no hidden costs, just a no- nonsense service. The pick-up and return process were both fast and stress-free.
