SCAM company

I ordered a TITAN-PREMIUM PAN

Update.
This issue is now cleared to my satisfaction.
After referring to the refund policies I got a full refund according to below as well as the company now takes action not to repeate this, which was all I wanted.

Companies customer support responce copied below

After carefully reviewing your case again, we fully acknowledge that the product you received did not meet our quality standards and that your request was handled in a way that did not reflect our refund policy or the level of service we strive to provide.

We would like to confirm that we will now proceed with a full 100% refund of €79.95 to the original payment method used for your order. No return of the defective pan will be required. The refund will be processed immediately, and you should see the amount credited back to your account shortly, depending on your bank’s processing time.

We deeply regret the confusion regarding the return address, the partial refund options that were communicated, and the inconsistencies in the product description. Your feedback has been taken very seriously and is being used to improve both our internal processes and customer communication to prevent this from happening again"

Original review below.
I ordered a TITAN-PREMIUM PAN - High-quality titanium pan without coating for all hob types, according to the description.

When I received the pan it came from China, dirty and just wrapped with carbon paper and no marking on it.

I noticed directly that it was defective since it was bold and wobbly with 2mm difference and could not be used for cooking.

So I made a complaint by sending in a picture of the defective pan and claimed a full refund according to their Policy.

Instead of a full refund they informed me that I had two choices.
1) 30% refund keep the Pan
2) send the Pan back and after inspection full refund.

I first accepted to return the defective Pan and thereafter got the shipping adress that was in China!!!
To send it to China with tracking would probably cost the same as the Pan, and nowhere is it states that the Pan was from China.

I explained that I had the right to get full refund 100% if the pan was defective proven by a photo according to their policy, and that nothing is mentioned of 30% refund in the policy.
Also I explained that the Pan cannot be used for cooking so it is of no use to me if I keep it according to their suggestion.

When I again claimed my right of 100% refund I got the same answer. It seems they use an AI bot that repeats the same answer.

After I made my complaint they changed their detailed description of the Pan now saying that it is not suitable for Induction hubs, but still it says in the heading that the Pan support ALL TYPES OF HUBs.

I have read your refund policy and it says nothing about a 30% refund, instead a full refund is stated, as I have claimed, without needing to return the product since I have forwarded a photo proof that it is defective according to your Policy.

Below is a copy of their policy which they refuse to follow.

"If the product is defective, please send us a photo of the damaged item.

We will send you a replacement at no extra cost. If you no longer need the item, we will refund the full order amount to the card you used"

My experience with Cozey Maison has been very positive. The quality of what I purchased is truly outstanding. The kindness and helpfulness of the Support team are truly commendable. Everything is handled with courtesy, attention, and promptness. What can I say? Absolutely recommended!

AVOID THIS COMPANY

AVOID THIS COMPANY, it just drop shipping from China with terrible products. Ordered a aerodryer, was supposed to hold 30kg of weight but fell with less than 3. Contacted returns to request address to ship to. I was bombarded with emails offering me discounts to keep the product, I refused as IT DIDN’T WORK!
I shipped back to address in China and surprise surprise they said it was never received. AVOID AVOID AVOID.

Wrong and faulty item. Bad Customer Support

I purchased a pair of wireless earplugs. The item looks different from the picture, and is also faulty. The mic doesn't work, since I made a couple of phone calls and the receivers couldn't hear me.

I emailed their Customer Support with a photo of the product, requesting instructions on how to return it and get a refund, as per their return policy. First, they asked for a photo (already provided) and a video. I reminded them the it wasn't possible to send a video, due to the type of issue. That was clearly a template (I used to work in Customer Support), and it shows that they didn't even read my first email properly.

They replied and said that they escalated my request, and they will provide me with an update shortly.

A few days passed, so I sent another email requesting once again a refund, since I'm not interested in a replacement due to the way they've handled the whole matter, and I'm still waiting for a reply.

They seem to have two websites: .com and .de. I puchased from .com, and they emailed me from .de. I'm, therefore, leaving this review for both

Fooled into buying a tiny lamp

Bought a lamp that was so small it would fit in the palm of your hand. No measurements were in the description. Probably used AI to fool people into thinking they get a bigger lamp. Charged me €52. Plastic, looks like something from temu or shein.
