Still waiting for my order
I ordered a gift on the 11th June, 16th June I chased my order as there was no advised delivery date, I was advised it will take 10 days to dispatch (a long time but, it is what it is). I emailed again on 25th June and I had no response. Emailed today, to be sent the same email straight away advising 10 days, my email had not even been acknowledged properly. I have replied and I am still waiting a reply. If there is no update I will be opening a chargeback - very frustrating! Please can someone contact me regarding my order?

Excellent!

I ordered the 'Ultimate Battle Blaster' and I have to say it was exactly as advertised and worked exactly as expected. I bought one each for my two boys and they're absolutely delighted with them.

fake Yerba magic tea

I ordered the Yerba magic tea . It’s a fake . The company has ignored my complaint. I will be going to trading standards to report it there . Hopefully they will test the substance and find out what is in it and take steps to ban the sale in the uk from this company

I strongly advise against buying this product because it appears to be fake — the packaging has spelling errors, and the product contents look suspicious and potentially unsafe. Do NOT consume this product for the sake of your health.

Protect yourself and your loved ones. Stay safe and avoid this company altogether!

Recieved counterfeit products

Recieved counterfeit products. No brand name and spelling mistakes on the packaging. Not as described on the advert at all. Contacted customer services for return address offered $10 refund for £36 order. Replied to say that wasn't good enough recieved another email to say only offering $5 compensation now. Utterly useless. Do not shop here.

DO NOT order from this company!!!!!

Ordered a bikini on 4th June. It’s now the18th and the tracking says that it’s only just leaving China. I’m starting to wonder whether I’ll ever receive it. I would never order from this company again. Learned my lesson. The email address provided with the order is ‘no longer valid’. Do not order from this company!!

Mug damage in transit - no refund

Ordered a Star Wars mug after seeing a FB ad (silly me). £16 + £5 postage. Delivery from China and could track delivery, took 14 days.

Mug is smashed. Like others said, no protective packaging. Customer service replied to my email quickly offering £5 compensation. I'll refuse this and see what happens next...

Damaged goods, no customer service response

Ordered a Star Wars mug for my son. Sadly on opening the package, the mug was found to be smashed to pieces. This was not surprising considering the complete lack of any protective packaging. Like many others my email to customer services has gone unanswered. Avoid this company at all costs.

Paid the money for a watermelon cutter…

Paid the money for a watermelon cutter tool x1 free one. Waited ages to receive it only to receive an empty “jiffy” bag this morning & no way of getting an answer from both the company or Yodel delivery company as to why this occurred. Totally incompetent.

Do not waste your money thinking that

Do not waste your money thinking that you’re going to get the real deal because you’re not completely scammed £19 it’s definitely not the correct product and that’s before I’ve even opened it. The packaging is completely different and doesn’t look like the packaging then advertising the colours of the packaging is not even the same and if you look on the back to a legit packet, you will not find all the ingredients. I should suggest you completely stay away. Don’t waste your money people like they should not be able to sell.😡

Ordered two belts

Ordered two belts. One arrived. emailed. Got a reply which I supected was a bot as I kept getting the same exact reply.
However, I persisted and suggested trades description/trustpilot etc.
Eventually, after some back and forth, offerering a discount etc, I was offered another belt. It arrived. The actual belts, (ratchet type) are excellent, hence the 3 stars. So good but could have been better. Got there in the end and got what I paid for.

Took ages for product to arrive

Took ages for product to arrive. Was to small , i wanted to return to their 24/7 service ( fake). Sent 6 emails with no response. Recommend not dealing at all with this fake company COZY HOMEE.

The product never arrived

The product never arrived. When following up with them, I was sent a link to follow its transit only to be advised that it wasn't in transit. Since contacting the company again to advise them of this, I have received no response. I'm guessing it never will! Only wish I read the other reviews earlier.

No stars at all fake Yerba Magic absolutely disgusting taste smelled like chemicals packaging all faded is a disgrace how this can be done and you email to find out what’s in the products as it’s made you ill.
Nothing no reply there should be an automatic Ban on any online business immediately after 1 supply of supply of faulty products and products with god only knows what going into your body !!!!!
Ban this horrendous company boycott!!!!!!!!!

Horrible!!

Horrible!!! Says item ships within 48 to 72 hours and I find out my order is just now leaving China over a week later after placing my order. I bet the product quality is just as bad when it finally arrives! Learned my lesson!!!
