I would really like to rate it as zero!
I have never received the items I ordered in December!

If they had a button for zero I would be ticking that box! I ordered a crochet’s glasses holder for my mom Easter way back in Feb. Till this day I still have not received it. I was writing them another email just now and then decided to check the company’s reviews and came across this site. I’m so happy to have found my people. I wish there was something we could do- but it’s clear there is nothing we can do except just spears the word about this scam of a company. The few positive reviews are probably fake as well. Sorry to everyone- you are not a lone.

What a garbage company. Socks ordered 8 weeks ago still "in transit to next facility" Only AI generated customer service responses! total frustration so maybe Chinese should have tariffs of 5005 and not allowed to go to Harvard if they act like this.

Ordered some broom hooks back in March. Sent several emails after tracking info stopped. Only got computer generated responses.Still no goods

DO NOT order from this company. I ordered two med planners on March 29, 2025 and the tracking reports it was delivered to our mailbox on April 29, 2025. This is a total lie! UPS and postal service unable to track. I have sent several emails to the site support and I keep getting the same auto generated email back that it was delivered 4/29, no way to get further assistance! My loss, I’m out almost $40!

I order Yerba Mate Tea and never received it. Sent an email and got a response that didn’t answer my question about when the order was shipped. After that I sent several more emails and never received a reply back and never received the merchandise. This company is a big scam and they are just ripping people off. DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM!!! I ordered two VinoPulse Digital Touchscreen Drink Dispensers April 1, 2025 and to this day May 12, 2025 have still not received my order!!! I sent a email April 7th for status and tracking information and that’s when I started receiving the bogus tracking information. The last tracking received on April 28th stated items were delivered which was a COMPLETE LIE!!!! This company is big scammer!!! BEWARE!!!

Basically no experience because my order took FOREVER and then received a notification it arrived 7 days after said arrive date. The order never arrived! Customer service no response. Buyers beware -I’ll never order again from cozy Hoome . Should’ve known, but they got me.

I ordered two bikinis total cost £45 . Took ages to get here and although I love the look the sizing are just not as they should be. I understand things come up differently so I wanted to return them. However I have emailed so many times and no one has bothered to answer. If anyone can help me with a different way of contacting them I would be eternally grateful

I purchased Yerba Magic tea for 60 days and I never received anything yet and each time I contact them, all I get is an automated message. TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE CONTACT. DISGUSTING AND DISAPPOINTING 😞

Over charge me for the item, the item was cheap and cheesy for the price. Customer service sucked. Wish I had read reviews first. Tried to cancel the order they wouldn't let me. DON'T ORDER FROM THOS COMPANY!!! Ordered on 4/16 tryed to cancel on 4/21 said it had shipped already, then magically got a shipping update the same day.
