From other reviews on here, it sounds like it could take 1-2 months for items to arrive so maybe mine will still show up eventually… but I received a notification 11 days ago that my order was confirmed and ready to ship, but I never received a tracking number or anymore updates. I need the item for an event in 5 days and I’m guessing I won’t receive it in time. I have emailed them twice asking for a tracking number or ETA, and said if it won’t arrive by July 6th I need to cancel my order. I haven’t received any responses.

July 21 update: the order final arrived wayyyy after I needed it, so now idk what to do with it. ALSO… they sent me the wrong item lol. I ordered a psyduck onesie and they sent me a pikachu onesie. So I paid $56 for them to send me the wrong item way after the event I even needed it for.

Horrible, just horrible. I ordered an embroidered sweatshirt and I received a very cheep hoodie with ironed on patches of flowers.

It’s a scam. Hoodie looked nothing like the photo and I’m sure the vinyl decals will wash off with one wash. The photo on the website showed in embroidery and detailing in the hood. We got a cheap hoodie with strings all over it. It also comes from China. Would not recommend. My daughter is super disappointed.

AVOID! Ordered an item for my daughter's Christmas present early December which still hasn't arrived. They sent a notificaiton with a tracking number saying it had been delievered half way through January. Impossible to get a proper response to numerous follow up messages I sent. Tried to get a refund through PayPal but due to tracking number saying it was delivered it was declined. Have requested proof of signature or photograph as the item has NOT arrived and no refund or redelivery has been offered. Very diappointed daughter and I am out of pocket. Poor customer service.

I paid of $50 including shipping for a hoodie that my daughter wanted for Christmas. It took over a month to receive. It was supposed to be embroidered. There were iron on flowers on the sleeves and front of hoodie. The hoodie is cheap and scratchy. I ordered an XL. She likes them big. This would fit a 6 year year old. She is a tall, slim, teenager! I sent an email. No reply. Don't waste your money. Total crap.

Back in OCTOBER I placed an order for a knit set, two knit shirts and a sweatshirt. Only one of the four is worth keeping. It is the end of December and I am still going back and forth with them trying to return the three items. BEWARE!!!
