wont actually beat the price by 5%

wont actually beat the price by 5% as stated on the website even when supplying the price from an Australian competitor including postage and all requirements listed in their "price beat guarantee". Then wont bother to reply to emails.

I'm sorry for the experience — I've personally gone through what happened. Our team offered to match the competitor's price with our EOFY gift pack thrown in — we'll happily go further than a straight match when we can, but during an active sale we can't stack the 5% beat on top of an already-discounted price and free gift.

Ordered item 30/3/25 still wasn't sent by 9/4/25, when contacted about it gave a refund and told a heap of lies!

Absolutely terrible service

Absolutely terrible service, an error was mad eon my order and nobody responses, tried emails, chat everything and no help. Don't bother, its worth a little extra at other places. Don't shop here.
