Great start, poor finish
I dealt with Nia initially, who was wonderful.
Hugely disappointed to receive an email the day before expected delivery, stating that it would take a further 10days. When I rang to inquire I was given an insincere apology, with no real reason for delay.
I had a tiler booked to come that day so it was very frustrating and unprofessional.
It doesn't take much to truly and genuinely apologise to your customer.
