I wanted to trial a couple of masks & rang to book an appointment at the Bentleigh location. The person on the phone booked the wrong time, but the staff at Bentleigh were able to assist despite me missing the appointment. They were very customer service focused & whilst I didn't buy a new mask directly from the Bentleigh store I purchased one from CPAP Victoria online.

Success finally
My son spent years with sleep deprivation and finally was diagnosed with sleep apnea. Despite, many trials with CPAP masks and mouth splints, he found he was unable to tolerate them. This was until he received the wonderful support from his consultant Sharmila at CPAP Victoria- Bentleigh. Sharmila's kind, understanding and encouraging disposition, finally got him to tolerate the wearing of a mask, which he now uses comfortably & continually. I am grateful for the support and wonderful service my son and I received from Sharmila and CPAP Victoria - Bentleigh. I will be happy to recommend this service to family and friends.
