Good communication in a positive way

A very easy company to deal with and i felt they always gave honest answers up front.
If any 'complaint' -it would be that i needed to keep getting in touch. But whether it was because i kept 'pestering' you or not you did keep in touch quite well. At least i was always able to get in touch and speak to a 'human)!! There are companies and organisations out there that after waiting an hour or more you just might get to speak to a human and then they give you another number to phone!! So thank you for your service.

I was very sceptical having lost my pension pot however Steve and his team have been incredibly professional keeping us regularly updated. They have been persistent and robust and never gave up. We were delighted to finally receive the compensation.
