Not recommended

I’ve completed around 100 surveys from various providers and only had a chargeback once. However, I did two surveys from CPX and both resulted in chargebacks.

Total scam

Over and over again, you do the entire survey, then they tell you that you didn’t qualify or the survey is closed. Totally scamming people into getting their survey answers without having to pay.

Great support service

CPX is a great platform for doing surveys. They always pay extra when the time I spend on a survey is longer than the estimated duration, and there are always bonuses for completing and rating surveys. Even though the bonuses are small, they still make me very happy. In Vietnam, we have a saying: “Ten coins for wages are not as valuable as one coin for a bonus.” I think this saying always applies to me 😄
Another great thing is that the support team is extremely enthusiastic and dedicated. They always respond very quickly and handle my support requests in a satisfying way.
Overall, 5 stars for CPX ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

They actually solve your problems no excuses

I don't think I hit a wall and had customer service respond so quickly with a resolution in my life until now. I hit a big issue figured it would be another "request and get ignored" type of issue but I got a response as soon as I sent it. I did a survey that kicked me out at the very end so I contacted CPX told them what happened and they responded with they told the affiliate that released the survey, the bad experience so it wouldn't ever happen again and notified the team about the issue in attempt to stop it completely then gave me 2 small bonuses to be added on my next 2 successful surveys. I almost quit until this genuine level of care changed my mind. Highly recommend and support isn't hard to find either.

Been doing CPX surveys through Reward…

Been doing CPX surveys through Reward Play. I find over half of them that I finish closes as I am going to credit page and never rewards me.
I is only thier surveys that does this. I have also had the same problem with their surveys on a few other survey sites. Sucks to have spent 15+ minutes to get cheated out of the points promised.

Really great customer service reps

Really great customer service when needed. Very stand up and helpful. As long as you take the time to do what you promise to do you dont have any issues with not qualifying! Really enjoy how fast and curtious the reps are when you do need help or contact them for what ever reason, such sweet and kind hearted people I must say!
