There surveys are always great and always run smoothly. No technical issues and customer support is retop notch.

Although this may be an unpopular opinion, it is an honest one. I am not trying to influence anyone. I simply want others to be informed and cautious.

In my experience, CPX Research appears to abuse its position. Most of their surveys are offered through third-party platforms such as Clickworker and Paidwork. While a payment is promised upfront, participants are frequently screened out midway through or even at the very end of a survey for so-called “quality reasons.” Despite this, it seems that the data collected is still used.

The compensation is extremely low, usually just a few cents. While CPX Research appears to keep the majority of what they receive from their clients (often marketing agencies). Even more concerning is that, after payment has been made, they can and will reclaim these small amounts at any time, even when the survey was completed honestly and in full. Some surveys do not pay at all, regardless of the time invested.

Additionally, certain surveys request personal information such as an email address. After participating, I noticed a sharp increase in spam emails and targeted advertisements on my social media accounts that directly related to the surveys I had completed.

I am not telling anyone what to do, but I strongly advise being cautious with the data you share with CPX Research. Some surveys even ask for voice and/or camera recordings. I would be especially careful with those. Attempts to contact their support team have gone unanswered, which, in my opinion, reflects poorly on how they value the people completing their surveys.

My points weren't credited for more than a day. I contacted the survey team. The rectified the situation and credited the points really quick. They were fast, efficient and responsible. I would to thank them again for their assistance.

My rating is solely based on customer service. I submitted a needs help message. I was given the standard "may take a few days to response." My response was just under 2 hours. I was blown away, due to the horror stories I have dealing with other companies.

The survey in SPX is one of the daily tasks in my app, SPX stopped giving tasks, explaining that the reason was either the region or cooperation with TokenStorm., it simply ruined my efforts.
