This purchase was a pleasant experience from placing to receiving my order. Andrew promptly answered all questions asked and he kept me informed about delivery. My crackers arrived this week and they are lovely, each one unique. I'm very much looking forward to my guests pulling them on Christmas Day.

As always, the crackers are beautiful; well made, decorative and just as advertised. Having the choice of open-ended (to put in your own gifts) or choosing specific gifts is a bonus. As I have been ordering these crackers for a few years, it would be even better if the little gifts could be changed periodically. Having said that though, I highly recommend both for quality of crackers and their content and for the reliable, friendly and helpful service.

This is the 3rd year I have used Cracker Emporium. I love the retro ones! They certainly bring back memories for me. The gifts are good quality and not the usual cheap throwaway items that you get in other crackers. I have opted for chocolates this year.
I don’t think I would buy crackers from anywhere else now. Andrew keeps you informed on the order and always makes me feel like my business is appreciated, even though I just buy 1 box.

I wanted crackers made in the U.K .I found these and am delighted with my purchase. They are even nicer than I had anticipated, delivery was very quick and ordering was straightforward. I shall definitely recommend to others. I had previously ordered from another company but when they arrived they were not made in the U.K. so I returned them.

I love these christmas crackers. Made in the UK and contents come from other small businesses in the UK. No plastic tat, quality contents and things you can actually use. They are also beautiful. Lovely crackers, lovely company. We all need to support small UK businesses.

Great personal service from Andrew and the eco friendly crackers are very pretty and just what I was looking for i.e. no rubbish gifts, no plastic anywhere (even the boxes they're packed in are just plain cardboard) and best of all they're made in the UK. Brilliant!
