Not long lasting as advertised. I hope this issue be addressed as soon as possible. The customers usually buy oiled based perfumes only for it's long lasting otherwise there are plenty of perfumes in the market.

The worst customer service.

I have been trying to contact Craftastik daily for over 4 weeks now as my parcel stated it had been delivered, but I never received the order, I've tried going through DPD and they state I need to go through the sender.

The only correspondence I have received, was Craftstik replying to my chain of emails saying 'how can we help' which was very frustrating as my order number was in the subject and the email chains explained my whole situation... I'm still yet to receive any response.

I've used Craftastik for years, but unfortunately any time there's a problem with an order, their customer service is non existent.

I'm currently left out of pocket and as a small business myself, this has been a very awkward, tiring and frustrating situation. Trying to chase this daily to simply get a response is starting to feel like a waste of time, but I'm determined to not let this go, I am owed my money back or a replacement delivery.

Customer service is everything and this situation could have been resolved so easily.

Tried several suppliers for my candle shop, this one has great scents and is my go-to for wax right now. The delivery company is a bit of a pain but that is another story, it always arrives in the end.

Still waiting on my delivery after a month of emails, still no answer from Craftastik.
They say it was delivered to my address by DPD, the photo they sent is not my address. They do not answer their emails and their phone number does not work.. SHOCKING....

Had a really good experience with Craftastik. Delivery was quick and everything arrived well packaged with no issues. The fragrance oils smell lovely – clean, true to scent, and easy to work with. Overall really happy and will definitely be ordering again.
