Craft Can Directory 

Ordered a case of 6 birthday beers (£23.99 with delivery) on Mon 28th August and although delivery on their website says up to 48hrs, still nothing came after 4 days! I phoned up on Friday 1st Sept. and was told their website somehow hadn’t triggered my order but was assured it would be shipped that day and would be received the next day (Saturday).
The order still hadn’t arrived by the end of Monday so I wrote on their customer service page and asked for someone to contact me (but no-one has!)
Having researched this company online, it appears both limited companies have been dissolved and stock is no longer showing on their website.
Do not buy from this company if you need delivery!

Terrible communication service- sent several messages through website and email regarding my order and only received an automated ticket once in 6 weeks of trying to communicate and still no response.
Missing items from order which have been paid for, the one can that did turn up is battered so looked a dreadful gift.
Disgusted that you part with money and pay for express delivery, and you don’t get what you’ve ordered, so essentially theft… then no tracking so the one item they did send came late, found out it was also left with a neighbour I hadn’t asked to give to, and by a different courier than advertised on their site.
Will never use again.
