Harry was kind and helped me alot

I'm so disappointed accidentally I subscribed then charging 2 USD for subscription after how many days 50 usd was deducted to my account. I asked them to refund my 50 usd then they are telling me I can get only the refund if I write. Review for them such as good service etc.... ok given I did because I thought they will .. finally after 5 days they refunded but half only of the amount 25usd ... So disappointed 😞

Good service, my issue was addressed and great communication.

How do we expect scams to cease, when scammers are very cunning in presenting their scams, and the site is prepared in such a way, that it mostly seems legit.
I reported the first encounter to my bank, and have yet to receive back lost funds.
THEY, are NOT LIGIT, at All.
I am now contemplating informing the Police.

Kudos to Alero for the help he's extending to me.

I receved an email today telling me that they would refund me if I took down the Trustpilot report - The monies I have had taken on this is GBP32.37 (EUR conversion) - I did inform the company as soon as I could, that this was as a result of a phishing attempt ( that obviously worked) - If they had said ok we have 1 EUR ( this was a test purchase amount) to take I would be miffed but it was my error for not spotting the change in the company I was supossed to be paying! -- However they went on to say we cannot do anything for 14 days and then they charged me for a memebership ( which is what this GBP32.37 is) -

So - here is my response please keep the monies - I am not going to be bought to remove something as the truth as i see it. - You are still a scam company and this email asking me to take down the previous comments proves it.

GBP32.37 must be very important to you to charge it becoaue I am that fool who got caught by a phising scam.

Scam. They appear on irctc as continue when you are buying a train ticket. If you press it thinking you are paying for the train ticket, these scum take your money.
