Delivery a bit confusing
I received my Hobonichi Cousin today. I’m really happy with the order and Craftelier’s prices are very good so I didn’t spend as much as I would’ve somewhere else.
Now for the negative. The delivery took long, which is okay because it came from Spain, but I was supposed to get tracking once it reached the UK and I didn’t. The tracking they sent once I placed my order didn’t work and when I emailed asking if my parcel will be here soon, that’s when I got tracking and i found out my parcel was in the uk a few days ago. I don’t like how confusing it is. I also don’t think I want to wait for so long again.

I was really pleased with how easy it was to use the website but I still haven’t received my order and it’s been nearly a month. Apparently the delivery company have shut down and I should have it sometime in the next week but it’s been a ridiculously long wait and I’m still not convinced it will actually arrive. It was quite expensive too.

Have not received my order
Have not received my order. Delivery company failed to deliver and has not tried again despite me giving a safe place to leave the parcel. Now no way to find out what is happening to my order. Very disappointed with lack of communication by Craftier.
