I purchased a sawgrass printer which was very competitive, Unfortunately it arrived with the wrong inks which I have since found out was not Craft Labels fault, Yolandie was fantastic and kept in touch with me to let me know what was happening with the replacements and also sent me some freebies for the inconvenience.
I can highly recommend this company as a mistake was made by the manufacturer but the aftercare from Yolandie and Craft Label in rectifying the issue was second to none.
