The customer service is terrible I ordered and 8 minutes later emailed to cancel the order. More than 12 hours later they processed the order and 20 minutes after said they cannot cancel. They have a no refund policy because the orders are 'specifically made for each customer'. This is a terrible company I will be taking this company through with consumer rights.

Haven't received the item. Long postage tomes
I ordered this item 8 days ago for my friend visiting for a little craft to do together. The website looks like it's based in the UK but when I ordered the order went through as dollars. It's been 8 days and the tracking still shows the item being in china. It's not moved at all. Very disappointed considering I spent a considerable amount of money on this.

To be honest, I was really nervous when I placed the order and then went and read reviews about people not getting orders and the tracking starts in China. Let's be honest - seeing that means the tracking will take WEEKS. However I placed my order on 4/23 in the hopes it would make it in time for Mothers Day (the range I was given was 5/7-5/15) and it made it in time! I got my order on May 9th (you get updates along the way). The quality is great, instructions on how to mark everything is clear, I can't wait to finish the painting!

Really disappointed with my order
Really disappointed with my order. It came almost 3 weeks late, even after paying for fast delivery. I requested a refund well before it arrived but they didn't respond at all. After requesting again, they responded with a generic email that didn't actually respond to my request...
They said it wasn't resellable but it's their most popular painting and not even opened so just overall - a poor service. Can't speak for the quality of the product as it hasn't been opened. Just wish I had the money back and went for one of their competitors. Will definitely next time.
