Pleasantly suprised
I was suggested this page by a friend, I bought without reading the reviews as I assumed my friend already had.
Once I read the reviews I was upset and thought I’d have to claim the money back on my card as it was a scale.
But I was delighted receive an updated tracking email saying my order was out for delivery and hours later it arrived.
Quality matches the cost. And the companies communication was great.
Would buy again.

Absolutely terrible customer service
Absolutely terrible customer service. I paid extra $35 for an expedited shipping the week of Valentines day to do this together with my wife. I sent an email to customer service when it didn't arrive on a promised date of 3-5 days (it took 2 fricken weeks). They didn't respond for few days and stated the package is now on its way. When I asked for refund, they denied my request saying it's part of the overall fee and they apologized for the delay and expected me to understand that during the busy season there are going to be delays. Then, WHY HAVE THAT AS AN OPTION? I feel like I've been scammed and they have not responded to my emails for over a week. I'm spreading this review everywhere to warn potential buyers to not buy from this company. It's absolutely horrible practice with delays, poor quality of product, and one of the worst customer service I've experienced.

Absolutely terrible
Absolutely terrible. It's been over three weeks and still waiting for the packages. DISCLAIMER: I found this out too late but the seller is just reselling from Alibaba so everything is coming from China and they are making massive profits. Don't buy from this place. You'll be stuck waiting forever and it's just not worth it. And they provide little to no communication from their side and won't give you a refund even though they have enough profits to do it for sure. Spread the word! This review probably won't be shown on their website they only show the high ones, wonder why.

I must be a lucky customer
I ordered in late January and after seeing reviews on here I though oh well, won't see that money again. However my order arrived today and is good quality. The paint covers better than the cheap amazon paint by numbers, the canvas us better quality, it arrives rolled not folded, and the canvas print is shaded as well as numbered. This is an absolute genuine review and I was very surprised at what arrived, in a good way.

Ridiculously bad quality of every part
Ridiculously bad quality of paint and ‘professional’ extra bought brushed.
Even after 4 layers of paint it’s not covered and extremely uneven. And I am a professional creative painter, but thought it would be a nice piece for relaxation.
I ordered a 60x80 cm painting and a large easel was suggested. The easel is about 30 cm high…
All in all a very expensive ridiculously bad purchase.
Too bad I can’t add photos.

I ordered a paint by numbers kit over 2 months ago and still waiting for it to arrive.
The website has navigation for contact us via socials, email, online chat etc. However none of it exists. Try it. The only way is a form which I have filled in 8 times now. It goes unanswered.
Avoid as I am still trying to get my money back.

The worst online shopping experience and by far the worst customer support!
Received a complete wrong order. I have been in touch with customer support for over 2 months now and they just stopped responding all together.
So I haven’t received items that I ordered, no refund, no more answers from customer support. I really don’t know what else to do than just start reviewing my experience - would give a 0 starts if I could!

Fradulent Website / SCAM
I placed an order on their website on the 25th of May, as a birthday present (#12620 ) - after almost 2 months (+35 email exchanges) I am still trying to recieve my order.
I paid over 100$ ; and did not recieve any refund or the order.
THIS WEBSITE IS AN ABSOLUTE SCAM, only Rose Mary from the US telling me they would follow up with the delivery partner (+/- 4 weeks ago) and still not update.
Now they have compeltely stopped answering my emails.
I will make sure to review this website on every corner of the internet to make sure other customers don't get scammed like I did.
