Had to go to post office to pick up my order as they didn't pay enough postage, cost me an extra £7.50 for my order, contacted them and complained but didn't get reimbursed 😕

I ordered in April of this year and still not getting my die cutting and they stole my money from my bank. Nothing had been done for refund. I emailed to them thousand times no response. I am very angry with them. PLEASE BE AWARE NOT TO BUY AT ALL.

Order placed on 4th august money taken order confirmation then nothing tried emailing and ringing no response l cannot get my money back it's now September 13 very upset I've been effectively robbed by this company

I placed an order on the 29.07.2025 and never received my order. I tried phoning but it wasn’t answered. I emailed to see why I hadn’t received my order but they never replied. I finally raised the problem with PayPal and had nothing but problems with PayPal. They said they had closed in favour of the seller yet I have never received my goods. I rang them and was told they had now decided in my favour then today they had decided in favour of seller again. Rang PayPal again and they now say they have refunded me. I had ordered from Crafty Flair before and had no problems but I will never order from them again. My husband runs his own business and never let’s personal problems interfere with business, not even when our only child was murdered he didn’t let anyone down. I see today that the site is closed which is probably for the best.

Order placed, and account created to enable tracking. I went online two days later to find a message stating no more orders being taken, but those already made had been dispatched. Due to the message, could no longer check online, so trusted it could be on its way.

Nothing received, so asked about the company on social media…wow this appears to be a repeating pattern, with many orders never fulfilled. Due to this have started process for refund using PayPal (yes I did do something right by using PayPal for payment).

Will never use this company again…and it has put me more on my guard for checking reviews!!

AWFUL CUSTOMER SERVICE- AVOID!! Ordered on 31st July, and absolutely nothing!! No delivery, no emails no reply to WhatsApp message, it hasn't even been delivered to them. No update for the massive delay. Went onto their website this morning and it now has a message to say they are temporary closed!! They do say that they will process existing orders but there may be a delay. Really hope they honour my order as they've taken the money quick enough, will never be buying from this company again even if they do re open. Avoid at all costs!!!

WTF!!! why and how do companys get away with this??
ordered on 3rd Aug its now 15th absolutley NOTHING, ive emailed them NO RESPONSE

I am sorry I don’t want to give a bad review but this is getting to me now. All I ordered was two A6 embossing folders on 2nd August. I mean all you have to do is put them in an envelope and pop in post box. That’s why we pay for delivery! Still not received. No indication that there is a delay in deliveries. No response from two emails sent either. Very disappointed. I won’t be shopping here again.

Please don’t waste your time and money ordering with these people as they are clearly in trouble. Had I read the previous posts I would not have ordered from them. I placed an order on the 29th July and I’m still waiting for it to be delivered. However their website says that it went Royal Mail 48hrs. There is no tracking information and they do not answer the phone nor do they respond to emails as I have sent several. They ask you to contact them via WhatsApp but they are not on there! I will be contacting PayPal to see if I can get my money back.

I ordered some items 25/07/2025. Still waiting. Emailed with invoice attached, no response, rang and told to contact through WhatsApp. The phone number isn’t even on WhatsApp. I don’t know what’s going on with them. When look at the overview of the site it says temporarily closed. I’m going to open a case with PayPal and get a refund. They took my money quick enough.

After several emails ,texts,I had no reply as to where my items I ordered were. So went to PayPal and opened a case,they have refunded me in full,so if you've paid by PayPal, open a case and get your refund!

Ordered online on 22 July but my order has not arrived. Contacted via email and WhatsApp as per their telephone message answering request. I've had no response. On the invoice it states Royal Mail 48 delivery but no tracking details and as my Royal Mail app lets me know of any new deliveries due I know it hasn't been issued or posted. I am now reporting them to the Trading Standards...I wish I'd read the reviews before ordering so don't make the same mistake as me ☹️

They take your money and that's it. Thankfully, I used paypal who have now refunded me my money. Recorded message on phone asking for contact via whatsapp. Do not appear to be on whatsapp! Ignored my email. Found another email on the paypal page (paul@.....) - he did reply to one of the 3 messages saying he would look into it. Gave them an ultimatum of either the goods arriving or a refund by a set date otherwise I would be taking formal action. Again nothing!!!

Order never received. Company don't accept phone calls and ask to WhatsApp them but then don't respond to messages . Tried more than once to no avail.

I ordered an never recieved product an when contacting them they offered to resend out but I would have to wait up to a month again an may or may not get it then messaged me back an forth barging with me over a refund ! Please for the love of god don’t use this company .

Never received items, they won’t answer emails, pick up the phone you cannot contact this company please don’t use.

Wish I had read reviews before ordering from Craftyflair I haven't received my order and can't get through on the telephone and WhatsApp and they are not replying from my emails either a total sham

Unfortunately Craftyflair can only be described as a bunch of thieves. I have repeatedly asked for a full refund of stock I had previously paid for and not recieved, and by reading other comments seem to range from the outlandish to downright ridiculous. I have e mailed multiple times asking politely for a full refund and my e mails are just ignored. I am still waiting for responses from an order placed in the early part of the year. I have now taken matters back to Paypall for the second time.
While I understand we all have problems from time to time, if youre running a business you do not let private life affect proffesional life, if at all its true.
I advise anyone not to use this company if they refuse to overhaul their whole business strategy and customer services and be honest and upfront.
it appears they are just playing at the business and have no conscience what so ever.
I'm not stopping until I receive a full refund and will go as far as necessary as I have given them more than adequate time to get their act together.
Incompetent , unproffesional thieves.

Placed and paid order nothing received wont answer emails, phone or WhatsApp messages.

This company took my order by email and replied to say it was being processed and they would let me know when it was being sent. Unfortunately, this was the last contact I had with them, after several emails and trying to phone them (with automated replies saying they were busy), I had no reply and my order never arrived. They took my money and I never received my goods or an answer. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY.
