Fast and hassle free, I ordered a Tim Holtz stamping platform for my wife for her birthday, I have to admit, I was dubious after reading other reviews on here however decided to take the chance as they were the cheapest I could find. I recently ordered some VersaFlair ink pads and Crafty Flair were the most competitively priced. They also offer free delivery when you spend over £25. Their communication was good and my order arrived on time and was well packaged. I almost didn't order from them because of some of the other more negative reviews on here but my experience of ordering from them was very good. I like to support smaller, UK based businesses when I can and I would definitely recommend using Crafty Flair. I have not used the ink pads yet but am looking forward to doing so very soon.

I only discovered this company when googling Luna Paste. Ordered 3 pots and they came with 2 days, well packaged. Lovely products and great service. Will be using them again. Good to support small businesses.....you also get more of a personal service than a major firm.

Wow orders tonic studios gaming controller die set on Tuesday it was dispatched same day and I received received it on Thursday. I cannot fault this business I was kept informed from purchase to delivery. I will definitely be buying again and recommend anyone to have a look at as prices are good.

Ordered early December for Christmas Delivery. Had a panic mid December having had no word or goods so reached out with trepidation having seen bad reviews. Paul came straight back assuring me the goods were despatched that day. I was sorry to hear they had been unwell and were catching up with things. Goods arrived as promised 2 days later. Great value, great customer service, great product. What more can you ask? Faster delivery maybe - but having been ill myself, I know that's not always possible and can forgive the delay. I will definitely use them again and would recommend them to my crafty friends.

I placed an order with this company on the 10th December and still waiting on it being dispatched. I have emailed several times to ask if there is a problem to have no reply. They continue sending email flyers advertising new stock etc. yet are not sending out orders. I wouldn’t mind if there is a delay with my order as long as I was kept informed. This company has had my money for 11 days now and I doubt I am ever going to get my order now. It’s sad but they have now lost me as a customer as won’t order again from them even if my order finally does appear which I now doubt.

Ver disappointed as I ordered 2tonic items on the 26 th July worth 83 pounds which haven’t arrived.Very little communication and the last email sent 2 weeks ago asking for a refund hasn’t been answered. Not Happy

Disappointed to say the least, I try to support small businesses whenever I can but I don't think I will be using crafty flair again, I've emailed, called, what's apped more than once and have had zero response from any of them, I've now logged a dispute to get my money back, as I've not received my order! poor show crafty flair, you need to raise your customer service game!!

Excellent customer service and always a speedy delivery! I've used this company a few times for craft supplies and they've always been excellent. Super fast response to emails even out of hours and very helpful. Highly recommend.

Fantastic customer service and communication! Would highly recommend Crafty Flair. Ordered my Tonic bauble set and was sent out and received in a few days. Great prices and lot to choose from and bow they have access to Tonics new stock without the 2 wk delay like before is even better!
