Good product but Delivery, packaging and instructions not so much
Delivery was later than I was initially told, although I did receive an email telling me it had been delayed.
Packaging includes a large piece of non-recyclable expanded polystyrene which could easily be replaced with cardboard. Instructions are not that clear and I had to stick a foam rubber strip (supplied) to my existing dust collector for the new filter to fit, although instructions did not refer as far as I could see.
Works well now assembled and in use with far less dust in the air.

Craigmore's website was easy to order from and they appeared to have cheapest price for the pressure washer I wanted. The product was delivered to Wales in 5 days via DPD, quicker than the 7-10 days delivery estimate. Would buy again from Craigmore. Their customer support team are also helpful and quick to respond when you have questions.

Order never arrived
Order never arrived, was held at Preston depot and returned to sender. Waited one week for the order and at the end it was returned to the sender. Craigmore would not process a refund until the item arrived back at their warehouse and investigation was completed. £1000 order. I was let down by customer service. Still waiting for the refund to land in my bank account.

As advised via email, your order was returned to sender. An investigation with the courier had to be opened in order to look into the reason why this was being returned. As advised, this could have been returned for many reasons, meaning an investigation is required.
Until the investigation concluded, we could not provide a courier update. I can see that we kept you updated as much as possible, and sent all information we received across to you as we received it.
Your refund has been processed and should return to your account by the end of this week.
