Not exactly the best customer service…
Not exactly the best customer service experience I've ever had with a retail company. The Sealey Bench was sent with 1 incorrectly manufactured leg, then another one sent was shorter than the other 3. Finally resolved by dealing with Sealey directly where a lovely helpful lady called Karen resolved the issue admirably by arranging the delivery of 4 new matching legs the very next day.
