It was a roller coaster of year following the accident with surgeries, medical bills, and the pure craziness of trying to deal with the insurance companies.

We got into a car accident last year in May and Craig Swapp did a great job on taking care of us. There was an issue from our last attorney that had to be changed to Kristina and Chris (I believe that’s his name). However, they did an amazing job on getting our case through. They communicated with us and when we called and had to ask other questions, they were quick to respond.

I had started my accident claim with another firm. When my lawyer changed firms, I decided to follow him with my claim. The experience was night and day.
