Craig Swapp was selected back in 2019 based off a TV review. In a 3-year period, March 2019 to March 2022, we had 3 different lawyers from Craig Swapp in a row, representing my wife and I in our accident case. Dan Benzion, Rich Gray and Ken Farr. My wife and I do appreciate the representation from all 3 council at Craig Swapp. All were very professional and thorough. We believe they did their best, representing my wife and I in our case. We also want everyone to know, that Alison Johnson a paralegal for Craig Swapp, was our person we relied on a lot at the end of the litigations in our case, to keep us well informed on any status changes related to our case. We appreciate her so much and we believe she was sent to us from heaven as far as my wife and I are concerned. Always informative, polite, professional and truly concerned about our well-being and always available to answer most questions we had about what was going on with our case, except for answering any legal questions. This past year I had the expert help and assistance of Ken Farr and Morgan Maxwell with the injury case from my car accident of January 13th, 2021. We finally resolved the case on March 20, 2022. Ken Farr is a pleasant, gracious, yet well experienced injury attorney, who saw my case through from beginning to end. He was great to work with, was knowledgeable, affable, yet understanding and advised me well of my concerns and legal positions throughout this somewhat difficult, long-drawn-out case.

I could not have asked for a more perfect attorney/advisor regarding the circumstances. The case was particularly protracted because of all the separate medical bills that came in over a long period of time and had to be sorted out because of the difficulty working with the various car insurance, hospitals, and health insurance companies. Yet Ken and through the diligence his excellent assistant, Morgan Maxwell, were able to ultimately break through all the obstacles and tie up all the important aspects of the case for a superb financial settlement outcome.

Both Ken and Morgan were always accessible and reachable in the process for consultation, reassurance, and learning vital information. I even met live with Ken and Morgan several times so they could keep me well-informed of the developing situations and future possibilities involved with the case. Ken really did a wonderful job of keeping the pressure on the insurance adjustor that resulted in the best possible outcome, which honestly exceeded my expectations.

In all my 60 plus years of driving, I have never experienced someone smashing into me, destroying my vehicle, and causing me personal bodily injury. And yet, I can honestly relate that although these kind of drawn-out injury cases are extremely challenging and frustrating to go through, my experience with Craig Swapp and Associates, and especially the expert service of Ken Farr and Morgan Maxwell, made it all a very, very rewarding experience in the end.
