I worked with Amanda and Brad at Craig Swapp after I was in a car accident (at someone else's fault) that left me with constant back pain and with no clear path forward. They helped me seek the right medical care, managed my billing and insurance, and negotiated for a settlement that met my needs. I would highly recommend them for anyone in need of help after a car accident.

I called about a personal injury and knew nothing about what to expect. Their team helped explain everything to me and answered my many questions along the way. Heidi, Chris, and Mary were wonderful to work with. Always professional, polite and never pressured me one way or the other. They listened and offered their professional opinions when asked. They took care of the whole process from start to finish and I was never stressed. Whenever I called or emailed They were very prompt in their response, usually same day. It truly was one call and no hassle. I would definitely recommend them to anyone needing a lawyer. It was a pleasure working with them during my case and they ended up getting me more than I would have alone.

We had a amazing experience with Craig Swapp & Associates. My Attorney is Brad and he was amazing and his Assistant Jill was amazing as well. My 17 year old got into a car accident year ago and it was a messy case I didn't know what to do so I turn to Craig & Associates. They help me fight for what my son deserves. It was a long one year process but it was so worth it. I recommend them, and u will have the same experience I have too.

Lisa was great with me, helped me through everything with such care and ease. She was also patient which was much appreciated from her made my life a bit easier, definitely recommend!

Absolutely INCREDIBLE experience work with Craig Swapp & Associates!! When my wife and I, with two other people in our car, were hit and flipped multiple times in an accident we had no idea what to do afterwards. The smartest thing we could've done was hire Craig Swapp & Associates because we didn't have to worry about a single thing after that.  Our attorney, Kurt London and his paralegal Jenny, were so AMAZING and they made the process (that probably should be scary and frustrating) so easy to get what we were owed. I hope no one ever has to go through the horrible situation of a car accident like us, but if you do, DO NOT HESITATE to hire Craig Swapp & Associates IMMEDIATELY!!

So I've never done one of these reviews before so please bear with me. On may 30th2021 I was rear-ended by a guy on Francis and division st. I decided to call Craig swapp and associates for advice on the accident. I had the pleasure of talking with Kendra and RJ. They really helped me out and told me what my options were.
