DO NOT BOOK! They cannot deliver on whatever they say on their website. The whole website is just a front for a lazy man who will not book you a test efficiently and does not communicate effectively.

My son paid £392 deposit and was told to pay another £975 to the driving instructor on the first lesson, tried to contact this company on so many occasions but never got any responses to calls or emails! Reporting to the police and fraud team, absolutely vile people, you should be ashamed of yourselves!! 🤬

I chose an intensive driving option as it fit my timetable better. The lessons were planned efficiently and delivered over a short period, with a test scheduled once the course was completed.Instruction was clear and consistent, and the pace of learning felt manageable. Communication with the team was clear, and any minor scheduling changes were handled smoothly.

This company are terrible. I would not use them. They do not communicate when your lessons are and leave it last minute to find instructors who they have never used before.

So far they have delivered on everything they promised I had a few problems due to reading over people's reviews and then my head telling me it was a scam. It turns out I spoke to a very kind friendly man that got things sorted for me if this changes I Will update but as of now I am happy

Paid the deposit and now no contact from them despite multiple attempts from my son via telephone call and emails. Due to start course today. I can only assume this is fraudulent behaviour on their behalf. If I could give no stars, I would. Avoid. Avoid Avoid

Awful driving company asking for 70 pounds per hour for manual driving courses, which is usually 35 pounds.

Awful man and company. Agreed start date, heard nothing until the week before saying there was not a test available. Did not hear from an instructor until a day AFTER the agreed start date (no fault of their own, i believe they are all freelance). He refuses to reply to emails or pick up the phone, picked up first try when calling from the work phone though. Is refusing a refund as well. Missleading scam artist that is all he is. Not to mention just a rude and quite frankly disgusting man. Throw your money down the drain before giving it to this company.

Test agreed date was back in August. Company decided to ignore me for weeks on end. Zero progress made. Raise a Dispute through your bank and find elsewhere!

I cannot stress this enough! They are scammers! They lied through their teeth about my daughter “not being ready for test” after her first three hours of the course because we questioned the fact that they had never booked her a test in the first place! The instructor had no idea about this and was due to take her on her second three hours! We asked the company what was the point in her doing the second part of the course if there was no test available, and they then decided “she wasn’t ready”! They lied from the beginning, and when questioned,they were absolutely vile on the phone to both myself and my husband. They refuse to give money back and made the whole experience for my daughter absolutely horrendous. We have reported them to trading standards. Our area was Rotherham, but think they cover many others. Please do not give them any money!!!

This company promised us a test on the Friday after his driving mon to thurs. He began the crash course with an excellent instructor on 28th July but they still haven’t found a test. Absolute rude and aggressive man on phone and email. Has anyone had any joy with getting money back? Avoid this company at all costs!

Im quite certain this is a scam and would avoid at all costs.

A useless middleman. They lied about their instructors and refused to put me in touch with someone in time, pocketing the deposit and costing me hundreds of pounds in hotel and booking fees.

Title: Breach of Contract - Took Payment But Failed to Deliver Promised Driving Test

AVOID THIS DRIVING SCHOOL - Serious breach of contract and unprofessional service.

My daughter paid in full for an intensive driving course with a driving test included back in March 2025. It's now July, and while she's had some lessons, the driving test that was promised as part of the package has never been scheduled or delivered.

What went wrong:
Took full payment upfront for complete package including test
Failed to deliver the driving test component after 4+ months
Poor communication and no clear timeline provided
Breach of their own contract terms

Impact:
Daughter's driving progress delayed significantly
Money tied up with no resolution
Stress and frustration for the whole family
Had to seek legal advice due to their failure to honor the contract

This is not just poor customer service - it's a fundamental failure to deliver what was paid for. Other parents should be aware that this company may take your money but fail to provide the complete service promised.

Recommendation: Look elsewhere for driving instruction. There are many reputable driving schools that actually deliver what they promise and honor their contracts.

Update: Currently pursuing legal action for full refund due to breach of contract.

Please do not go with this company. It is a scam! I paid full deposit of 324 was allocated an instructor for the week I had booked, only to find out the day before that those hours couldn't be accommodated and to find another instructor. Multiple emails sent with no reply, finally got through by phone after several attempts. I was lied to by the gentleman in the office. Didn't get a refund despite asking for money back. Do not go with this company!!!

My 17 year old daughter booked a 2 week intensive course through Nicolas Jackson in April, to start in June. She paid her deposit of £444 and heard nothing. When she didn't receive a booking confirmation she contacted him, with no response. 2 weeks later she called, for him to say he hadn't received the deposit and to check with her bank. Bank confirmed he did have it. I then took over communications. He is the most rude fraudster I have ever encountered. He tried to blame my daughter for the lack of communication and was very off when I asked for a refund. Said 10 working days and it did not appear. Called again and again and tried to make us wait another 3 days. Threatened with legal action and the police, money was sent back.
Please believe the bad reviews on here, this man will take your money, not provide a service and will try and make it as difficult as possible for you to get your money back.

SCAM , the owner of the company Nicholas John JACKSON as stated on the .gov website has managed to keep his website up and scammed multiple people. If anyone knows how to report it to google and get it taken down to stop people in the future getting scammed then it would be very helpful.

Booked an intensive course, completed my lessons but still have no test date as promised and is no ignoring any emails or calls

Like all the other posts it’s a scam, promise you the world , messed about with dates and still yet to even see an instructor, how he’s still allowed to do this is beyond me!!!

Excuses are awful and they don’t even get in touch with you to say they are not coming, getting hold of him is impossible ( unless you calm of a mates number then answer ms straight away )

Still no refund small claims court coming , blokes rude and doesn’t understand why you are so p****d off !!

Please go elsewhere and save yourself the stress, all the negative reviews are the same as my experience
