Would give a no star if possible. DO NOT USE!! booked in may heard nothing until I called them to be told I had cancelled through the instructor, that I had never spoken to. Was told I then had to travel to do my lessons for a test that had never been booked. They could not provide the service I paid for which was a couse of a week with attest at the end. They would not refund my deposit either after being very aggressive on the phone to both my partner and myself

DO NOT USE!!! Promised to get a course and driving test within a few weeks. Waited 6 weeks, nothing, no reply when calling. Then when we did get through they used every excuse under the sun as to why no answering of phone, or course and then turned VERY VERY aggressive. Still no refund to date. Will be perusing through small claims court.

Scam - same as last poster - my daughter booked and luckily when sending her deposit the bank stopped it.

This company is a scam, my step daughter booked months ago, no one got in contact with her afterwards. No one turned up on the day of her crash course, no test was booked. Police are now involved

Do Not waste your money. It’s a huge scam! Once they have your money they do not answer your calls, no communication, rude person on the line when they finally do answer. I am now trying to get my money back through Paypal dispute resolution.

Paid a deposit in July for a test in Dec.

Messed us around for months with no test and then given an instructor who incompetent and used an un-roadworthy vehicle who I’m reporting to DVSA.

Nick Jackson is rude, aggressive and a scam artist.

This is an absolute scam. I paid the deposit for a crash driving course, that I was told would start on the 25th November. I rang several times to see what was going on to be ignored. I did finally get a response to say they were looking for course which at that point I requested a refund. I have not received this refund and when I've tried calling to see what's going on my calls are ignored and straight to answering machine!

I would NOT recommend to anyone to go with this company. You will not get what you paid for and will end up out of pocket. I am now unable to book another course due to the loss of this deposit.

Horrible, the person who answers the phone is extremely rude. Had said they had previously booked the practical test but give no communication what so ever, ended up booking my own practical test and paying again. WOULD NOT RECOMMEND.

Can't use word Sc........ because automated system removes feedback But they are Sc.........!!!
Needs to be shot down for Sc.... ng people. Get money back afterwards but only after contacting the bank.

This company was dissolved in 2023 and it seems it has been cloned and is currently scamming deposits from people with no lessens or tests available. I think the website is cloned to seem authentic but whilst they act professionally the offer no end product.

Don’t trust the good reviews - they are fake!!! It’s a scam company.

I booked with yourselves due to reviews yet I wish I hadn't. We booked with the intention of a crash course of 28hours and test at the end, which couldn't be provided!. I Understand theres difficulty with getting tests for which the company shouldn't claim to be able to provide this service and subsequently take money for it. With regards to the hours that were meant to be due. They were not received
The full hours and did not use the instructors car for the test, he was often waiting until the day of the lessons to find out timings which is not very professional.

The instructors that are used clearly aren't acceptable as they ignore there customers attempt of contact. Not only that there are key skills that were not taught or even mentioned such as emergency stop, pull up on the right hand side, which he further said isn't a requirement. The instructors need to be teaching the pupils the correct requirements inline with the dvla test programme.

To pay a lump some is alot to which I would never do again. If you are going to use this conpany please pay for each individual lesson as it happens then you wouldn't have had to chase them at the if anything else is refunded. As for emailing the company about a complaint it was "you have to get in contact with the instructor" which was the difficult part. No help on their behalf.

Do not use! This company is a scam. They have taken deposit from a family member, refused to give info, made up excuses regarding refunds and become aggressive. Course was not delivered and does not exist.

Paid £444 deposit and now you can't even get hold of them. Absolute scam

No answers by email and when I call, the line is silent and then it drops. It's a scam. A man answered the first time I called and assured they'd be happy to help, just have to do a deposit. I did get a receipt via email. Then never answered again.

I wish I would of checked the reviews before my daughter went ahead and booked with these people.

Emails and calls are ignored. We are trying to get my daughters test booked before her written test runs out. I fear we might need to book it ourselves as time is running out. They aren't even responding to the lady driving instructor they have allocated to my daughter either. She said that this is the worse company she has worked with.

I'm going to look into reporting them to trading standards and dvla if there is a way.

DO NOT GO WITH THIS FRAUDULENT COMPANY!!! Poor service. They are quick to take your money but very very poor with their service - arrogant & liar with promise for fast tracking driving theory, lessons & test. My daughter started the process in May and waited for test which never materialise. She ended up having 30+ unnecessary driving lessons whilst waiting for a test. Despite being informed to leave it with the company, she eventually book her own test in September! Currently waiting for refund for driving test.

This company took my son's money, failed to arrange any lessons and despite numerous requests to do so have not returned a penny. I have reported them to trading standards.

The worst experience from these guys, not just experienced by myself but the driving instructor and his 2 other clients aswell.

Lack of communication (had to wait a MONTH and weeks) to even get a get a response.

They owed money to the driving instructor (again taking MONTHS to get)

Extremely unprofessional with emails, phone calls. You can tell when speaking to NICHOAL JACKSON he only cares about the money, nothing else.

The only reason Nicholas Jackson got back to the driving instructor and myself is because I went to the police for fraud and phone the bank to get my money back for the test that he didn't book.

Please to whomever is reading, find a reputable driving school. All the bad reviews have hit the nail on the head.

The only good thing from the experience is the driving instructor they put me in contact with.

The amount of issues I’ve had with this company is countless. I paid the deposit for a one week crash course with the test at the end. They didn’t even have an instructor for me and tried calling local ones last minute with no luck. Bearing in mind I paid for the course months prior and they left it to the last day. Secondly the refund which was supposed to take 10 working days ending up taking over 6 weeks. AVOID this company at all costs, the fact they’re still in business shocks me. I’ve never had a worse experience.
