Do NOT subscribe!! The company just plain sucks! Total sham disguised as a veteran run honorable company! Here is the story, order a year of subscription pro crates for like 600 bucks! first crate came in a looked like crap, two low quality little products thrown into a box and wrinkled bent up card giving me 15% off if i purchase (so basically an advertisement). I immediately called support appalled to cancel my subscription. They told me I could not cancel until after the year due to their policy, but they would send me a special gift for my trouble. Really just wanted my 600 dollars back but after a bunch of back and forth about their "hands being tied" I could not cancel so I acquiesced to just getting ripped off and at least the special gift was a Gerber tool they must. So i get a year worth of sub par crates, every product is china made and really quality is just crap. Out of the year of crates I kept 3-4 items. Then after a year they AUTO renew me for another year at almost 800 dollars! Called immediately fuming mad and there Rep "Desh" who Im sure is in the USA lol, stated due to their policy i never actually cancelled my subscription by email, even though i have all the emails and call logs complaining and wanting to cancel with them telling me I could not due to policy!! I get transferred to a manager again and wouldn't you know it their hands are tied even though they have not sent me a single item, I cannot unsubscribe and they try explain how I just have to deal with another year of unwanted products. This was unacceptable this time and I threatened to take them to small claims court. They FINALLY must have had a policy change because they approved my refund and told me that it would take up to 30 days. It has now been over 45 days and NOTHING. calling customer service ... HERE WE GO AGAIN!! STAY AWAY STAY AWAY!! FOR A COMPANY REPRESENTING VETERANS THEY SHOULD BE ASHAMED.

I will be cancelling my account at the first of the year mainly for the fact that they already pulled my payment for the December box....i have been with them for almost two years and just this year it has been slowly going down hill I have received the same items the last three months and then this month pushed me over the limit we pay 60 dollars for ONE FIRST AIDE KIT!!! One that I can get everything in there at walmart for less than 30 dollars..... Mind u it is the same first aide kit I got last month.....then the fact that I'm paying 60 dollars for ONE item and now its quarterly is ridiculous after the december box my friends and family will be taking our business else where....the only good thing about crate club is their customer service now seems like they are the ones that care a little bit.....good luck everyone that is staying I truly feel this new change they made is going to result in a lot of people leaving.

Prepare to be amazed...I rarely leave reviews, UNLESS I feel the company has exceeded my expectations or I had a really bad experience. In this case, I can honestly say that Crate Club definitely exceeded my expectations and my husband feels the same way. We have been receiving the monthly crates since 2017 and every crate has brought my husband something new and exciting with no repeat items. It has been my experience when you order something with multiple items in the container-usually there is at least one item (sometimes more) that isn't useful or you don't care for, but not this one. Every item is of the highest quality and every item is useful and amazing. I would highly recommend Crate Club to anyone who enjoys high quality items. This is money well spent!
