I really enjoy my monthly packages and the surprise of opening it to reveal cool and useful items. One item I received was a double insulated water bottle. I had grown very attached to it and carried it everywhere; including to Mexico for a work trip.
Unfortunately, it got stolen while I was there. I searched on line and couldn’t find the exact brand to purchase another one. I contacted customer support and Cane did some digging, found they still had one in stock and immediately sent me another one. I am anxiously awaiting it’s delivery!

Great Customer Service...
Great customer service is not only the title to my review, but a fact. One of the recent items I received from Crate Club was defective. I notified Crate Club of the problem and got an instant response that it would be replaced. Then I received another response apologizing to me that the defective item was out of stock and that it would be replaced with an item of equal or great value. What more could I ask for?
This company is great
This company is great! My husband has loved all his products and any concerns I had were always quickly addressed and if anything needed to be fixed was done so immediately. This being said I had very little issues(maybe 2 in the whole year) and more than not it was a delivery driver issue not a company issue, but they still tried or did rectify it even though it was not their fault. I would highly recommend them and customer service is great!

I recently had multiple problems logging into the SOFREP website as it was migrated to an entirely new system. I was contacted by Cherry J. at support@ crateclub. Over the course of the next 2 days, she worked relentlessly to help solve the problem, which was on my end. The problem was with my web browser yet she was finally able to detect and help me fix it. She is truly an asset to your company and it was a pleasure to work with her.

Crate Club = Great Gift
Crate Club is a great idea, and was a fun gift for a friend. I would say I was not quite overwhelmed by the value that he got in the crate, but again, I was using one of the more budget-friendly options (100 ish dollar range). There was one pretty useful item (flint/ceramic sharpener combo thing), one "fun" item (frog/fishing spear end), and a bit of odds and ends little things (bags, bottle opener necklace, ect...) overal a fun subscription if you can afford it.

I was working on trying to do an upgrade to my crate plan. The rep was super polite, and worked with me with all of my questions. After only a few moments, I had all of the information that I needed, and we went forward with the upgrade! The products I have received thus far have been exceptional
