I got a gift subscription for my son…

I got a gift subscription for my son who is a Kansas Highway Patrol Trooper assigned to their Emergency Services / SRT Unit. I've had the subscription for over a year and this year decided to upgrade a level. Cain B was very courteous, patient, and helpful with me while I navigated through this transition. Thank you.

love this company

Great customer service when I had questions. Chat function on site worked easily. Love the stuff that comes in the box. Some of it becomes EDC, some goes in the cars, and some in the zombie apocalypse storage! Wish I could afford the platinum level crate!

Be careful

Very disappointed in this veteran owned company. Canceled my subscription back in May just to get charged $700 today and told we never canceled, and a refund could not be issued. All for companies making a profit, just disappointing that it is on the backs of other vets...whatever it takes I guess

I have had nothing but amazing items…

I have had nothing but amazing items from crate club! I’ve been a member for over a year and originally thought it would be like all the others... I was so proven wrong! Items for survival to books. I’m overjoyed when I see my box waiting at my door!!! Thanks crate club!

Horrible products

Horrible products! Most of the stuff is junk sourced from CHINA!! TOTAL RIPOFF!! No phone number for the company. No return policy! My box was even missing two items and after several weeks, I still have not received them. They say on their website..."Trust Us"...,what a joke. NONE of the items were of any quality stuff. COMPLETE RIP-OFF

Another Happy Customer

Ivy C was very helpful, we got disconnected and I got connected to Marie M and she was able to connect me back to ivy so I didn’t have to explain it all again. Over all excellent staff in the support department. Very pleased with the service!!

Customer services was excellent

Customer services was excellent, and I was taken care of really fast. I accidentally had two accounts and I went on the website and did the "Chat with Support". I was responded to right away and they fixed the issue I was having immediately.

Updated Review

So at first I was upset because I never received my crate but I emailed them about what happened and they promptly emailed my crate. Thank you!

Update: Ok, So I received the ''Crate" which was a small box containing 3 items. A splash-proof speaker which was pretty cool, a cheap knife and a book that was written by a veteran. Ok, a book... Maybe if it was a survival type book or something but this is just a book about this guy's life. My life is crappy enough so why would I want to read about someone else's crappy life? This is in no way downing this veteran for his service. For that, I thank you. But for this crate, you need to find better items. I see better options I will try. On a lighter note they did promptly resend my 'box'.

Customer Service Above All the Rest!

I love Crate Club! Recently, I received my quarterly crate. I received the axe and arrow head Survival Card. It came without the arrowhead. I sent Marie pictures of the package. She sent it forward without a question. I love that the customer service takes our word. They don’t treat their customers like they are liars who are trying to get something for nothing. They realize that their clients are mostly retired or former military. We have a code and live it. Thank you for treating us as above all the rest.

Awesome helping with my account

I needed help on getting my account straightened out. I had 3 accounts and only needed 2, one for myself and a gift account for my son. Come to find out I had 3 accounts so with the help of Andrew he adjusted my accounts to where I have 2 accounts! Thanks to Andrew for is proffessional and courteous service. Bravo Zulu
