The worst streaming service
The worst streaming service you could subscribe to. If you choose to overlook their poor lineup of content, and their clunky and heavy user experience (everything feels heavy and slow to load), you'll still be inundated with ad breaks every few minutes, and sometimes the ads will get stuck forcing you to exit and return only to then be immediately hit by another forced ad break which has a 50/50 chance of also getting stuck, and on and on.

I would give it zero if I could
I would give it zero if I could. It NEVER let me login through my TV. They billed me a day early... making my disconnect one month more expensive. Also one of the worst prices of service providers with the least amount of non-crap programs. Can Bell just go out of business already and hand the reigns to a competent company?
Not So "premium" subscription
We have premium subscription. Most of the programs still contains ads. Contacted crave support and they stated they run programming from other providers which have ads. This is not mentioned on their subscription page. I find this is a dishonest business practice and have cancelled my subscription. I urge people to confirm they know what they are getting for their "Premium Subscription".

Worst streaming service. Content is good, if you can find it. When you do, not only will ypu be subjected to MORE ads than network TV (remember, you're PAYING for this)...but the menu is clunky.. you can't surf between episodes to find the one you want, and again...SO MANY ADS....this service isn't worth ANY extra $....at all..

Shows don't load half the time, when they do they constantly lag. Other streaming services work fine on my internet, it is specifically Crave that has issues.

Don't waste your money. This app ruins its content with too many ads and constantly in French. Most content is low brow, poorly written garbage.
way too many adds
way too many adds. i swear i get ads every 5 minutes and its not just one 15 second ad, its three 30 second ads. AND ITS THE SAME ADS OVER AND OVER AGAIN. one or two ads is whatever, but this is crazy over kill. i stopped using it for this reason and hope they can work towards this issue.

Terrible streaming service. A minute or 2 of Ad’s every 5-7 minutes. Volume on the ad’s is 2x louder than the show you’re watching. Cancelling this shit after the Soprano’s. I use prime and netflix happily and can’t stand these crave pricks
Crave has way too many commercials If you can't afford to pay the higher price it's way too expensive.
Crave has too many commercials. I pay for other apps that have commercials but not as many as Crave. Netflix has maybe four through a whole movie. Crave has 3-4 in one go around about three times during a movie. I watch the Global app free of charge and they don't even have as many commercials as Crave. It's too much on top of paying for the Service. Every time I try Crave because I like a show, I remember why I don't want to pay for them.
crave only in french they won't fix and no refund
Just before christmas Crave had a Promotion for an annual plan which i signed up for and when i used the app just about everything was in french,I checked all my settings and they were in english. I contacted Crave and they had me check settings reboot my apple box i told them it was connected by wire and they said that they would write up a ticket for a work order. Now over a month later and 3 more phone calls i asked for a refund because nothing was done they said that i agreed to a nonrefundable subscription i agreed, but i didn't agree to a subscription in french. They said they can cancel my subscription but no refund this is the worst customer service i ever encountered
