The experience with Cray and Norton was great and this was because they actually care. They are empathetic to the needs of the seller and were flexible, reliable and respectful all the way through. Selling your home can be difficult and stressful however Cray and Norton releive that stress and take time to give you a bespoke and friendly service. They are able to give you a good market appraisal that is realistic and will work tirelessly to get your property sold. A great experience and I would recommend you use them. Everything you call they pick the phone, if you leave a message they call back and if you email they email back. Communication is one of their strong points and realism is another. Give it a try you have nothing to lose and more to gain.

Initially used a larger local firm and felt pressurised and uncomfortable. So went to Cray and Norton and what a change. Each person from the directors to the staff were kind and knowledgeable and more importantly caring and interactive. They were always professional and punctual and carried me over the line in what is a difficult situation. This is a family business and it’s a credit to the family that the younger generations are just as good as their elders. I’m thankful for their help and would recommend them to anyone.

Cray And Norton make all the process so effortless, and I never felt the need to visit their office or chase them up as they got on with calm, warm, ease.

Wheres other estate agents can feel so laboured and tricky; this felt like buying a coffee.
