Craftsmanship is good and the 8 inch bracelet was a perfect fit. I guess I was expecting a little bit more shine on the silver material. Other than that, I'm okay with my purchase.

This company has been one if not the best company for customer service I have ever dealt with. They are fast and they stand behind there quality and service.there products for value to dollar is second to none and I have never made a purchase from them where the value wasn't incredible. The best gold plating I've yet to see on a metal chain. 👍

I ordered 18mm Cuban Link Chain + 18mm Bracelet Set and when it arrived I was disappointed. First off, it was broken on the clasp. Secondly, the color was different than what was advertised on the website. When I asked to have the items replaced, I was told that I had to pay for shipping and the warehouse was in China. It was going to cost me more money to send the items back than the cost of the original order. Ultimately, I settled for getting a 50% refund. Needless to say I paid for items that are collecting dust in the drawer. I am unable to sell the items because of the quality. Please read the fine print before ordering from here. I felt that I was ripped off.

I think the delivery time was pretty good and I’m comfortable with pricing. In fact I’m a disabled barber and I’d like to find a side hustle and your product may be what I need. The guys at the barbershop really like your chain. I wear it with my other 14k rope chain. How do I proceed and what would u suggest?

I just received it a few days ago but it looks good so far. Time will tell if it changes color or not. The rope that was sent changed color over night and the bracelet was to small so I gave it to my son. Other than that I'm happy so far

The delivery was a bit late but once i got my chain set, i was immediately shocked of the material and i get compliments no matter where i go when i have them on!!
