So many complaints against thisd…

So many complaints against thisd company of which I am one but what does department of fair trading or ACCC do about them and other companies absolutely nothing , so they carry on scamming customers and gettting away with it.

😵 88% bad reviews! Glad I was unsuccessful in purchasing from them. (No international shipping!)
Got given the run around & irrelevant auto responses.
Wouldn't even rate them the one star! But can't submit without rating.

I purchased a portable spa and got…

I purchased a portable spa and got delivery of a TV cabinet instead. Box not opened but had to open to place return authorisation as directed by these clowns. Now they won't arrange courier to pick up tv cabinet because box was opened.
And won't give me the spa or refund untill they recieve parcel back.
Next step Accc.

Make a report to ACCC or Fair Trading in your state

Crazy Sales used Aramex for delivery who in turn lost my parcel. Aramex confirmed that the parcel was lost and evidence of this was provided to Crazy Sales. Crazy Sales ignored my emails for over a fortnight until I threatened to do an Ebay chargeback and involve Fair Trading and ACCC.

Finally I received a response on threatening the chargeback, where Crazysales spent several more days saying they needed to investigate and get manager approval for a refund despite ample proof from Aramex the parcel was lost.

Out of frustration I lodged a Paypal chargeback and a refund was made... however the story didn't end there... Because miraculously Aramex found the parcel days later and delivered it when noone was home...

After a week, Crazy Sales contacted me demanding a refund or me to post the parcel back... which is fair enough, however having now researched the company, I saw how often they scammed customers by claiming parcels were open, or that they never received the returned item. So I sought feedback from Fair Trading and ACCC who advised me to make a payment for the item and request a receipt... which I did, with a receipt received on the 9th November and an email confirming the repayment for the item. End of matter you would assume....

Not quite, as this afternoon, I received a rude phonecall from CrazySales demanding that I pay them for the item AGAIN... despite a receipt and email trail already confirming that payment was made and received 2 weeks ago.

This company is an absolute scam with no regard for Australian Consumer Law... Don't be fooled by the fake reviews here, the majority tell the real story of this shonky company who shirk at the Law.

Don't waste your time jumping through hoops... get your evidence and go to fair trading and the ACCC and lodge a case. The more examples of the disgraceful business practices that they receive, the more likely that they will be able to investigate and take action against this company.

Free Mould

Delivered wet, squashed, thrown over the fence and growing Mould. Customer service advised that damaged boxing isn't a valid warranty issue as long as the internal product is fine. Would be quite embarrassing giving a child a present when the box comes with mould.

Pulling teeth is easier than getting the item replaced.

Couldn't imagine trying to use their change of mind policy when Mould isn't even a warranty issue.

BEWARE !!

BEWARE !!! wouldn't honour a 30 day change of mind policy. !!! I purchased a recliner on this website for a gift, measurements were the same as the one we have at home. When it arrived we opened it to inspect the item as soon as we saw the chair we could tell it was not the same size. Packed it back up i emailed crazy sales for a refund. I was notified via email apparently because i opened the box i could now no longer return the item. I was absolutely furious it was over $600 chair BUT because it was opened i could not return it, its brand new never been used everything is still with the goods. They told me to either see if someone wanted to buy it or i could sell it on line. I have NEVER heard of this before it is disgusting the service provided. I did say to them so when your ordering from your website and receive it OH WAIT you can't open the item to inspect it how do you know if its going to be suitable?? The customer service person said due to COVID they cannot except the item back. More like you guys are dishonest your 30 day return policy is to lure people in. It states on your website Terms & Conditions
• Notification is required within 30 days of purchase date. - I did this

•Item to be returned must be in their original re-saleable condition with all tags and packaging (ready to be put back on the shelf). Yes it was.

•The item/s are NOT opened, used, worn or damaged. Its is unused worn or damaged.
I will NEVER purchase anything else on this website and tell my friends and family the same. So beware when purchasing as you won't be able to open the item to inspect the goods and you will be stuck with it. SO ANGRY !!!!!!

Be careful of these people who are part…

Be careful of these people who are part of various other names such as Ausway Pacific and kcfoxking1, they use these names to confuse and to blame each other for sending you the wrong item.
You send that item back and the do Not refund your money or send the correct item. eBay seem to allow them to continue to deceive. Watch Out.

Bought a steam mop

Bought a steam mop. Not working. All electrical appliances shut down the moment I turned it on. Like other customers, tbey want a video showing the malfunction. Given the comments by previous disgruntled customers, it is not worrh my time to go any further. The steam mop that I bought for $30 from Aldi lasted for four years. This one cost three times more and lasted ten seconds. Keep away from CrazySales.

Security camera outdated and bogus return policy

Bought a HD security camera but wouldn’t sync with my iPhone 8 nor 4G nor 5G. Rang to get refund and was told to send a video of it not working. Not part of the return policy I told them and the response was to send video or no refund. I will never purchase from these third world scammers again. To top it off when I received the product it had already been returned once and had the return document inside the box with customers name and reason for returning. The warehouse distributes for Kogan, catch, ebay, obviously crazy sales and god knows who else.

Why so many bad reviews here? I have bought here several times and never get disappointed. When I need to buy something for my puppy, I will search for it on this website.
The product is of high quality, and the customer service is great.

Never shopping on this site again

Never shopping on this site again. Two bedside mirror tables received broken on front drawer panels and no one has offered to return my request for an exchange. They say its up to the manufacturer if they will exchange and havent heard anything in a month. Pissed off!!! ACCC should be banning them from trading in Australia. Waste of $279 spent.

What a load of rubbish!

What a load of rubbish!! Ordered a water feature that was advertised as 1.5m tall and showed a picture supposedly to verify this. It has arrived .... and is only 15cm tall and isn't even a water feature!! Wouldn't have paid £2 for it never mind £29!!

Dodgy product, terrible customer supprt.

I bought a steam cleaner from them.
It was broken and I made a video and sent it to them.
They wasted my time for 1 months and they kept sending me emails telling me that they’re following up with the provider of that steam cleaner.
And at the end, they just ignored me altogether.
If you can’t support your product, you’re being a j*erk by selling things you don’t own and you don’t warranty.

DO NOT BUY FROM CRAZYSALES.com.au

We ordered a treadmill over 6 weeks ago and still have not received it. We've called crazysales everyday for the last month and they refused to refund our money or deliver our purchase or resolve this matter. Their customer service team don't return your calls and deny everything. It's been a very stressful experience. DO NOT ever buy from #crazysales.com.au
