Impossible to unsubscribe from emails and no replies to emails.

Purchased items specifically as gifts. The products arrived with visibly crushed and damaged boxes due to transit damage. While the items inside may technically function, damaged packaging makes them unsuitable for gifting.
Customer service acknowledged the damage likely occurred during shipping but refused to offer a proper remedy, stating that only functionality matters and offering a token $5 partial refund instead of replacement or resolution.
Very disappointing experience. Packaging condition matters when items are bought as gifts, and this was not handled reasonably

I Recently purchased an item from crazysales website that didn't look or function as advertised.
I Tried contacting them but only received 1 email about return policy nothing else. I replied through email several time to followup requesting a refund but no reply.
I should have read the negative reviews about this inadequate organisation before purchasing inadequate inferior products from their website.
Absolutely disgraceful lack of respect for customers. I'll be sure to let others know not to ever purchase from crazysales website. Products are only worthy of the garbage bin! Absolute rip-off!! Never again!! Complete waste of money!!

Can I give them ZERO stars?
I ordered a shopping trolley. What they sent was a kids "foam pool with balls". And getting them to take this thing away was a nightmare. They couldn't even send me links that worked ... paperwork on my end was over-the-top. They refused to send what I actually ordered until they got their foam pool back, and in the meantime my shopping trolley SOLD OUT. I was being treated like I was trying to cheat them! One month later, and I finally got my refund, but only after I lodged a PayPal dispute.
Meantime they kept sending me marketing emails suggesting I might like ... guess what ... a foam pool with balls!

This company misled customers to think they are Australian company but they are not! They are Chinese company in disguise, everything they sell are from China. They update the shipping information every week not every day. It took one week to let me know “the shipping information was received “ after receiving my order. Then took another week to say “ shipping label is approved “. Then no information at all after that. I purchased one item to be a Christmas present on 12th of December and still have no idea where my delivery is on the third week. Christmas had come and gone but no sign of my delivery. I wrote to them twice and got no answer from them. They responded to me saying I could contact them again if I didn’t receive my delivery on 31st of December!!
It is a scam.

I brought a advent calendar and it showed on the box (soft) and ( micro mellows) and it came like very poorly.
It wasn't soft. And behind it was ai desiged designs for the advent calendar and it did not include some. And on the back of the box there was a ai can the cat squishmellow. And it was 50 dollars. just for a SCAM advent calendar. And no it's not my fault it's the crazy sales website. They showed it like it was a real deal. I'm never buying from them again.

Please do not get sucked into buying anything from this so called 'online store.' It's a scam that I fell for two wks ago and am yet to receive delivery, no tracking history or updates, even on so called 'full site', phone doesn't answer despite calling 3 times and phone hangs up when you finally become furst in the queue (on hold for an hr each time) , order number apparently non existent as says 'incorrect'. Not australian, chinese company. I've now lost up to $500 in money that was due to be xmas presents :( Please i urge you to not fall for this pretebd comoany that popa up in your socials. They sucked ne in with kpop stuff due to popular demand

Scam. Not Australian company. Needs to be reported to ASIC.

Not an Australian company, products were cheap knock offs although the pictures of the items were of the branded original. Delivery is way longer than they say. I spent $120 on crap. Tempted to apply for a refund through PayPal but the items I ordered have now disappeared from the website, so no proof they falsely advertised.

Item sent was damaged, the external postage packing was not. The item was. They have blamed the courier and refused to refund although I am well within their 30 days stipulated in T&Cs and provided evidence (it was 10 days from purchase to receiving the item). State they are 100% Australian owned and operated, item came internationally. State they are professionals, their customer service is inadequate and not at all professional/ in accordance with their own stated T&Cs. Save yourself the headache and don’t deal with these crooks.

The delivery of CrazySales takes too long. I ordered a pumpkin basket in October, and it arrived in December. Currently waiting for a pink christmas tree. Only got notifications about 2 times currently. I personally think crazy sales might be a scam, a waste of time, and a load waste of money. Also $55 + shipping ($15-20) might just be a load waste of money. To whoever is reading this, I would recomend not ordering of Crazy Sales. Thank you for reading.

Shocking shocking Received the ‘hot wheels’ today.
Clearing NOT hot wheels , a cheap rip off, placed in a box to make it look authentic- box was open cars just throw in. Cars do not have the hot wheels stamp on the back, cheap and light weight.
They should be ashamed at their rip off, false advertising and fake products.

Don't buy from this Company, Crazy sales" Australia" Everything comes direct from China and if you want to return they will charge you a 20% Handling fee and you have to pay return post to China. Website says they are based in Victoria but in fact they are only using a PO box in Springvale Vic. Buyer beware.

I recieved a phone ..delivery time was good however the phone doesn't accept sim cards so it cannot recieve calls or make calls its useless so a complete waste of money!

UPDATED REVIEW DD 281025: Original review was dd 10/10/25. Please see below today's update, my original review. Here is my new review:

1. Though the company is listed ".com.au", the items are coming from China or Taiwan, which is STILL misleading as I had chosen what I thought was an Australian company so that I would not have to deal with delays from Overseas for an urgently needed item.
2. I stand by what I said about CUSTOMER SERVICE. They keep emailing and referring you to a link which, when opened, provides no information or updates on the status of your order whatsoever, leaving one to wonder whether the ordered item is coming at all. They even provide a reference number which is entirely different to the reference number that appears on the page via the link. When I questioned this, they said that the reference numbers between CrazySales.com.au and the shipping enterprise were different and continued to fail in giving me a reference number that I could actually see the status of my parcel and where it was, despite several attempts. Don't worry about phoning. The number does not work.
3. I had ordered two items. They did not arrive together, and one was particularly needed of an urgency. It arrived, AFTER, exasperated with this company and their lack of effective service and communication, I ended up ordering the same item with another VERIFIED Australian based company, who delivered the same item within 48 hours. So, CrazySales.com.au ended up costing me double the amount I should have had to pay. I will raise the stars from one to two, purely because the items arrived... in the end. The experience and lack of effective communication from their customer service however, made for a stressful and unpleasant experience.

With Christmas around the corner and some poor persons hoping to order a Christmas gift that will arrive timeously for Christmas with the expectation that this company is Australia based... I would not have those poor people go through the experience I have had with this company. I won't order from them ever again.

How this rotten company that pretends to be Australia based is even still operating is beyond belief. The Australian Authorities should pull their thumbs out and shut these scum that take the honest hard earned money from buyers and don't deliver the goods. I deliberately looked for what I thought was an Australia based website to avoid this kind of crap. Department of Fair Trading should hang their heads in shame... perhaps they are in cahoots? As you sow, so shall you reap. Ill-gotten gains and all that. They dare to send emails from the "Customer Service Team"... oxymoron... paradox. This company have no concept of Customer Service.

I ordered over $170 worth of goods. There were delays in delivery & the communication poor. One received, the quality/description of each of the 5 items I received was not like the website described. I will never order from them again.

If I could give a negative review i would. 3 weeks for any update and couriers are different to those specified give i live several suburbs over from where they operate. Absolute joke of a company.

The company remedied some misleading information on a website for a Microsoft Replacement Stylus. The indication was USB C charging, which I thought was in addition to the standard wireless charging for such an item. It turned out wireless charging was not available. Being a mandatory feature of a replacment the support team responded to my return query same day and I had a full refund within a few days. I was extremely impressed at how promptly and thoughtfully my issue was dealt with.

Why anyone would purchase from this company deserve what they get. Crazysales has been fraudulent for many years with MANY reviews to confirm this. Do some VERY BASIC homework, then look elsewhere to purchase products.

I bought a luggage set recently. After I purchased I saw the reviews and was worried. But I received my items really quickly and they're fantastic, I'm stoked.
