I applied for a driver position. I had a phone interview. We agreed on salary of 30% of gross income. After that they checked my driving record, background and whatever they needed to check. After that they told me that they were ready to hire me and send documents to sign. When I read the contract, it said 25%. I contacted them and asked to change it but they refused to change it. The end result was wasting a week and reading their 26 pdf documents for nothing.

I paid for door to door service , but I had to drive my car to the driver and walk back home . When they arrived in New York , the driver told me to meet him on the highway ; as if I was going to walk 6 miles to the highway and then walk 2 miles on the highway to the rest area where he was parked . When I complained to CRC they couldn't care less and said sometimes things happen . They are totally unreliable .

Both dispatcher Caleb and driver Nikolai were responsive and easy to work with throughout the whole process. Received my car on time (two days cross-country). The driver offered me a flashlight to inspect my vehicle at night on delivery. Thanks for great experience!
