Quite easy to put together with the help of online videos. First print with included filament was easy to make, and it turned out very nicely. Great user base with lots of ideas for upgrades.

Ender 3 Pro is best bang for the buck and Creality3d shop has the best price and arrived brand new and well packed even though shipping not as fast as promised but understandable due to covid. The printer is easy to install, easy to setup, print the prosperity cat perfectly the first time. Comes with everything you need including some PLA that is more than enough to print the sample. This is my first 3D printer so I don't have any other printer to compare to but I am glad getting this printer from Creality3d shop.

I ordered Creality's Ender 3 Pro and they sent it right away. Not three days after placing the order, I had it set up and running. I expected to have some issues before properly tuning it, but it printed at a more than decent quality right from the get-go. Granted, I took my time assembling the kit (after having watched a couple of videos offering tips and tricks with the assembly process - which I highly recommend everyone does), but I still expected I'd have more work ahead of me before being able to have quality results.
What surprised me the most though was the attention they put into the kit. They included features it initially lacked, but which the community asked for. The kit also had spare parts and not only the tools I needed to properly assemble the 3D printer, but also ones which will be useful if I ever decide to really start customizing it in the future.
Now to the negatives. First, the included filament snapped on me a couple of times during printing, before deciding to improvise a spool for it to reduce stress. And the second thing, which is more of an inconvenience than an issue - manual bed leveling is a tiresome process. But for a ~200 EUR 3D printer, I can live with it.
Overall, I'm more than happy with it. With all the parts, work put into it and extras the kit includes I'm having a hard time understanding how it can be so cheap.

I have been waiting 3 weeks for a refund as I tried to cancel the order because I would not be in town. So I tried to cancel the order 3 hours after placing. They did not answer email until order shipped. Ruined my 4th of July as I was on the phone countless hours trying to return item. They got the item and would not return my money. They finally said they would refund my money in 3-7 day -20.00 shipping. Weeks later no refund. $209.00. When I emailed asking where was my refund. The customer service person wrote back asking for the item. These people only communicate if you have a dispute open. After it closes, you are back at square 1! I was going to reorder the newest printer but after this experience I will NEVER BUY ANYTHING FROM ANYONE I CANT SPEAK WITH. Or anyone out of the United States. Horrible experience. I will open another claim with PayPal this will be the 3rd time. 🤬

Received the Ender 3 Pro in less than a week. Build quality very solid for a low end printer. Other than the plastic extruder handle and weak bed springs I see nothing to upgrade. Love the magnetic build surface. Excellent packaging. Most subassemblies prebuilt, so bolting the pieces together is very straightforward. After a few adjustments it was ready to go.
Price dropped just after I purchased and Creality refunded me the difference. I appreciate their high value products and support. This will not be my only purchase from them I'm sure.

Because of covid my printer was delayed 3 months. I was in contact with an amazing worker Zoey she went above and beyond to make sure I was well informed and also gave me many options of switching my order if I wanted. I will do business with his company \weagain

I'm so glad I found this shop! They are a seller of legitimate Creality products and I couldn't be happier with my experience with them.
For backstory, on a whim, I ordered an Ender 3 on the evening of Friday, June 26, 2020 for my boyfriend's July 9th birthday and immediately received a confirmation email. After reading reviews of the Ender 3 (which I admittedly should have done to begin with), I learned of stability issues with the base and decided I wanted to upgrade to the Ender 3 Pro.
The nice thing about creality3d.shop is that you can reply directly to the confirmation email for your order, so I did that on Saturday the 27th requesting to upgrade by either cancelling my current order and making a new one, or just paying the difference. Their customer service team got back to me the next day and was able to invoice me for the difference. After getting that taken care of, I received a shipping confirmation with tracking on Monday, June 29th; the printer arrived via UPS on July 8th, the day before his birthday.
From the initial order placement to the printer arriving on my doorstep, the whole process took only 13 days. They were quick in replying to every message I sent, and so, SO kind throughout the entire process.
Highly recommended store, and you likely won't find a better price. When we're ready to upgrade again, we'll definitely be shopping with them.

Arrived quickly and although part of the expedition came from China, it arrived only 3 days later.
At first I had taken a bad turn when I read some negative reviews, but the service center immediately replied with seriousness and kindness, informing me about the status of the order and asking for checks on the delivery date (special thanks to Zoey).

I purchased my Ender on July 3 and was slow to receive any shipment notifications and I have to say I started to worry, especially after reading some negative feedback on delivery and communications.
There is very little contact information by the seller (this could be improved) so I emailed the only contact I had for a delivery date. I have to say I started to worry and didnt receive feedback quickly so I panicked and emailed about cancelling my order.
I purchased with PayPal and found out there was a tracking number available on the PayPal transaction.
All in all I recieved daily tracking updates once it was shipped and received my Ender by July 15. Not bad delivery, but the sale did state about 7 days delivery.
I did order extra items (filament, nozzles, etc) but was disappointed they were shipped separately, but again tracking info has been provided. I did not receive the complete order yet but feel better with tracking information.
In short, my delivery time was not bad, although a little messed up due to separate deliveries. There is limited customer service communication channels which could be improved and their initial response of delivery lacks some, my experience was pretty good.

We purchased the Ender 3 Pro 3D Printer last month. We are happy with our purchase. We were able to successfully print very creative models using this printer. The installation instructions were very clear. It took us less than 2 hours to complete the installation. Our expectations were met. We were also made some additional attachments for the printer itself.

The lead time is not as expected when ordering. From a few days expectation it became more than a month. "In stock" (Australia) turned out to be false. We ordered 5 CR10S and eventually 4 showed up from China through Australia Post. After insistence and use of Trustpilot, Creality3D reacted and wanted to reimburse us. We explained that this would not solve our problem which was time sensitive to deliver PPEs to local hospitals (COVID-19). Although we did not get an answer, eventually a 5th CR10S showed up a few weeks later than the initial 4.
The product is great, but the service is lacking response or is very slow. They over promise and count on patience of customers.
This is a reseller, not the Creality manufacturer.
My rating is on the service alone, not the product.
