The filament sensor was not working properly. Filament was in the line and to the nozzle. The sensor said it was not. After talking with service dept. Emma from customer service and Jack Zang sent a video to me to help with the problem. After watching video and following instructions I was able to solve my own problem. Thanks for all your help.

Very Happy with Customer Service
I ordered the Creality3D printer for my son’s birthday fully expecting he would be very excited to get it. Turns out he had recently moved and his space is so tiny he literally did not have an area to set up the printer where it could actually function. So I reluctantly asked customer service about their return policies.
They offered me a further discount to keep it, but that didn’t solve the space issue, so I declined that. I explained that the unit arrived in perfect condition and that the box was never opened. So in the end, they did accept the return, with me paying for the return shipping, which I expected to pay (as it is 35 lbs.)
There were a lot of emails back and forth to make this all happen, but Emma and Junior were with me all the way. I know there is a negative response farther down on this reviews page but my experience was distinctly different.
As a result I would recommend the company to anyone in the future and I’m happy to say that my nephew and one of the teachers at my school both have Ender models that they are extremely happy with. In fact that’s where I got the recommendations about Creality3D to begin with! So give them a try.
A further note - the product was shipped right away. He got it within 5 days of me ordering it. The filament tho comes from China, so that takes longer.

Very happy with my 3 Creality printers
Very happy with my 3 Creality printers. I own 2 Ender 3's and an Ender 5 plus. All arrived in timely manner and had no issues with assembly. The one thing that sold me on these was the abundance of information on modifications and great support groups out there.

I am new to the 3D printing world
I am new to the 3D printing world. My D&D group decided that it would be more cost effective if we just got a 3D printer and made our own miniatures than to buy all the ones we would need. So we got the ender 3 pro and I loved it. I then started to get more and more into printing and have decided to make a side business with it and now have the CR-10s and crealitys resin printer as well. All great additions to my neely found 3D printing obsession.

After 1 month of ownership I can’t say enough good about this printer! Definitely worth every penny. I’ve printed nearly daily with it with no real issues. I’m enjoying it so much I just purchased a Mosaic Palette 2s so I can use this printer and print in 4 colors. If you’re on the fence about what printer to buy, look no further. This is it!
New to 3D printing, I purchased my first 3D printer, the creality cr-10s pro v2. Wow I’m blown away. It was super easy to set up. From the time I got it to the time I was able to print was about 45 minutes and I’m a complete newbie. The print quality is fantastic and the printer is super easy to use. I would absolutely recommend this printer to anyone. It’s a great printer and worth every penny. The auto bed leveling feature is so neat. I’m really happy with my purchase.

The overall experience is very positive. However, I was quite worried after I read all the reviews on the internet. I thought I was ordering on the official website.
I ordered Ender 3v2 to Berlin, Germany and paid with the credit card. So the review is relevant for this setup.
The order has been shipped 1 day later then expected and it arrived within 2 days (DHL).
The printer was in the original packaging and all the components were inside.
They sell official products but they are resellers.
I was able to print successfully after assembly.

I Purchased the Creality Ender 5 Plus from this Seller while it was on a discount, Everything went smooth. Also ended up with the better power supply. Other sellers ship it with a cheaper power supply, not these guys. It arrived in great shape, I was worried because its such a big package and the glass bed plate, but was fine. So far so good! Good machine - Regular Software
Good machine, the quality of the components is acceptable and the machine works very well. The bad point is the software included because it do not let to do modifications in important parameters for to improve the printing quality.

i bought cr10 came in mail broken out of the box tried to return it they said no! they wanted to help me over email on how to fix it..... really, worked with pay pal after 3 months i was told to mail it back i did so after they got it back 3 weeks later paypal told me to kick a rock long story don't buy from this s*** company or used paypal.

the CR-10 v2
Purchased the CR-10 v2 back in the spring to fill in the time in isolation And couldn’t be happier with the printer!
I’ve got several friends who have been 3D printing for several years and I’ve listened to them complain and share frustration over their printers and the quality of their work. Have to say that has not been my experience at all with this printer. There is a learning curve for sure and there are tweaks to make with any design but it’s been a blast and most projects are perfect first try.
Setup was easy and quick.
It’s a great platform for any newbie and gives you loads of room to grow as your aspirations and projects get bigger and more complex.

First time ordering from this website and honestly it was a great experience. Yo be honest I was quite worried about it since I read the Reddit page and the reviews but they literally shipped it out in 2 days and it was delivered within 4. The printer itself as well was in amazing condition and I couldn’t have asked for any more from anyone. All I can advise is that you select the right region for your printer otherwise there might be delays but other than that the customer service was very helpful as well as I addressed my concerns. Overall a great experience.

Highly recommend Ender 3 Pro if you want to get into 3D printing
My first time with 3D printing. Saw the Ender 3 Pro sale so I got one. From all the videos I've seen this is the best printer, you can buy for the price to get into 3D Printing.
Overall my experience has been REALLY good. The instructions were very well done. They give you literally everything you need to build and maintain the printer plus a little filament to get started and replacement parts for the nozzle and extruder.
I did experience some issues with printing ABS and having a thermal runaway issue but realistically putting the bed temp to 110c, the max it can go and print for days. I was expecting something to happen. I did contact them for troubleshooting and they were very kind and swiftly replied. I haven't tried the suggestions they gave me yet but worst case scenario I spend 30 bucks for a new heated bed and I'm good. Pretty dang solid compared to the other printers and their replacement parts I've seen.
I would recommend highly if you want to get into 3D printing without going all out and breaking the bank.

Fast shipping, fast response time if you have a problem
I put the printer together and had the thermister wires hooked up backwards, the printer wouldn't work so I thought it was the power supply. I emailed creality3d shop and the next day I had a shipping label to return the printer for a full refund. Fortunately I figured out the problem and now everything works great. I would definitely buy from them again. Also, best price and shipping to Illinois was three days.

Fast, reliable delivery of great Ender 3 v2
Now that I've finished setting up my Ender 3 v2, I can't say enough about how great this printer is. Far exceeded my expectations. Despite somewhat sparse instructions, it went together and leveled easily and every print has been near perfect with no fails. Dimensions of prints are much better than my other printers without having to calibrate at all. This is a very sturdy, well designed machine.
Creality3d.shop has actually worked out great despite a moment of panic when I realized they weren't part of Creality3d and saw some really bad, older reviews. (They really should not pretend to be part of Creality) I can't say anything about service but their price was great and I got the printer literally the next day after placing my order.

Recieved order with missing parts about…
Recieved order with missing parts about a month ago. They was informed and they replied with instructions.these institutions was followed and they kept sending the same form letter and I replied each time. Think they was dragging this out past their 14 day promise of service. This seems to be a fraudulent group. No stateside support, no stateside contacts , only email and the stop after the 14 day period is up

I've had a positive experience with my Ender 3 Pro. The printer performs better - with less tweaking - than my Ultimaker 2+. 3D printing is not a hobby for me; I just need my parts. Adding the BLTouch to my Ender 3 Pro allows me to get my prints with less set up and tweaking - which I dislike a lot. During my BLTouch install I had to reach out to Creality with a technical question. They replied to me directly, and the support was personal and effective.
I'm grateful for equipment and support.
