Purchased my Ender 5 Plus printer from an official creality store, when received the BLTouch leveling pin and right side Z-Axis lead screw/rod were both bent, preventing proper operation of the printer. Printer is under 1 year warranty so I contacted customer support.
They asked for pictures/video describing the issue, provided that. Then they claimed that since I purchased it from Amazon (still the official creality store on Amazon) that they themselves would not warranty the product and that the seller would contact me. So a creality product sold by an official crealilty store is not serviceable by the creality customer support team??
Well the seller (the official creality amazon store) never contacted me, and all attempts to talk further to customer support were ignored. Ended up having to spend more money on parts for a product that is still under warranty, I guess warranty doesn't matter when the company refuses to uphold service for products with that warranty.
If you buy a creality printer, do not expect timely or helpful responses from their customer support department and expect to have to service it yourself even if you have warranty still.
Edit Dec 14th 2020: Creality finally responded to me, only because I left a bad review here, and now is flagging this review as to avoid it reflecting on their service. I'm out $50 for having to go buy my own parts for a printer thats still under warranty, and they seem to care more about a bad review than actually helping their paying customers. Never buying something from Creality again.
2nd Edit: Now they're saying I have to purchase the printer from them for them to warranty it?? Obviously Creality does not own amazon, know one would think that, but Creality does own and operator their own OFFICIAL CREALITY STORE on amazon, thats litterally the title of the store. So as creality has said, they wont warranty or service anything not purchased from their main website, regardless of other marketplaces they are involved in. Thats bad practice to sell your printers through other vendors then if you'll refuse to service them.
Edit Jan 26th: Creality still is attempting to flag my review since they don't want this reflecting on their potential sales. If only they worked as hard to actually help me in the beginning they would have received more sales from myself and a good review. Creality, in the future either make it up to your customers or don't disregard them in the first place, continuing to try and wipe this review will only make you look worse.

I had Ender-5 and I recently purchased CR-10S V3. I am very happy with purchase and quality of printer and its technology is top notch. I got pretty quality prints out of this printers. Overall, the best service for 3D printing technology is offered by Creality. Great job Creality..!!!!

After placing my order i read lots of negative comments so was a bit worried.
I received my printer a week after ordering it, the customer service answered my emails within a couple of hours each time.
Overall everything went well and I'll definitely order from here again.

Despite what other reviews say, my experience with Creality has been nothing but great for my first experience with a 3d printer. I picked up an ender 3, and after 3 or 4 months of working fine the motherboard cut out (not sure what happened exactly, maybe something shorted.) I contacted support and they got me a replacement Mobo (shipping fee was 14$, but I'm good with that for a working printer again). Works awesome again and it's super fun to tinker with. Absolutelty would recommend, just make sure you make it absolutely clear to support what your issue is and they'll take care of ya ;)

My first request was answered with a standard email to supply a video of the problem. Since my request wasn’t really showable in a video I tried again and I seem to have been bumped to a higher tier service employee. I now got an answer that solved my problem right away.

I ordered an Ender 5 from Creality3d and UPS lost it somewhere in Spain, after quite a bit of delay waiting for investigations and such Creality3d shipped me a replacement.
They were extremely helpful through these difficulties.
As to the Ender 5, I am loving it.
The printer was quick and easy to assemble and I got very good results from my first two prints, I then spent a day with some online guides to tune the different settings and get to know the printer better.
I am glad to say that I love this printer. I get excellent results it appears to be very well made and I was impressed with how quickly I was able to get up and running.
The Ender 5 has met or exceeded every expectation I had.

Ordered an Ender 3 V2 from them, arrived really fast, they kept me updated on the progress and the item itself is really good quality as well as the packaging.

I ordered an Ender 3 Pro on Oct 28. On Oct 29, I got an email a Fedex tracking number, with delivery expectation of Nov 1. On Nov 1, Fedex still had not received the item, so I emailed asking why it was taking so long. Customer service had no explanation apart from the broken English version of "We have contacted our logistics department. Please contact me again if I don't get back to you."
After reading much of the scam alerts of this company (creality.shop - the authorized reseller of creality products), it seems that this is common practice for them to create a label with a shipping carrier and not ship the item for up to 2 months.
I will update my review with further progress, if it happens.
Update Nov 2: Item given to Fedex.
Update Nov 5: Item delivered.

I ordered Creality Ender 5 and im really happy with it.
Support is great,i have a problem with delivery and they help me a lot,fast and now the printer finally arrived.
I expected much less from the printer, but the printer pleasantly surprised me and I'm glad that the Creality Ender 5 is my first 3D printer.
And any negatives?
The first setup is more complicated for a beginner like me, but it's nothing you can't handle :)

Super failed kickstarter campaign, creality Dispatched printers to distributors faster than kickstarter backers. Creality is lying about times and dispatches. Until community went into rage creality was dismissing issues with faulty motherboards and power switches thatvmadecprinters burst into flames. I purchased an Ender 5 Pro Plus it arrived in the time frame they gave after assembling and running two test prints the printer showed a thermal runaway error and powered off. now it will not power on I contacted them to request help it took two days to get a response first question was proof I purchased from them which I sent again. I have sent 7 emails to them and no response since the first on 3 days ago. I have filed a claim with Paypal guessing from some reviews they will ignore that. and I will be in limbo for a few weeks to get my money back
update they are still playing games still have not resolved my issues. this company is the worst I have ever dealt with, they are asking the customers to open up the control box and use volt meters to test the hardware with power to the unit. this is totally uncalled for. it wasn't worth the twenty dollars savings. please avoid doing business with them buy from Amazon or other American dealers at least you can get it replaced or repaired locally

I ordered an Ender 5 printer with no second thought, because the website looked and felt legit. It took a few days for them to ship, as apparently they check each printer physically before doing so. I also ordered some other parts and those were shipped same day from China and UK. Then there was an issue with DHL due to COVID-19 pandemic, and it took longer for the printer to arrive. Not because the shop was to blame but because DHL themselves did not do a very good job of tracking, however I got it same day when it reached Estonia via their partner, and gotta say very impressed with quality and customer service which I wrote numerous emails to. Always responded and fast. Either way the product was original, from the manufacturer, it was delivered, and making great prints for 3 days already. Recommend for anyone in europe.
UPDATE 12.10: There is an unfortunate update that I must provide to this story. Not all of the products are shipped from Europe, and there is no warning to you where the item will be shipping from or when you will get it when placing the order. The printer sure, it was delivered fast from Europe, but since my initial review, I have yet to receive my ordered BLTouch from this store. It was shipped from China, with the cheapest method you can get and for the past month there are no updates on the tracking code they provided. So not too happy that I ordered everything in one go expecting to not have to trouble myself with bed levelling constantly, but in reality I cant do many prints because the bed itself turned out warped, the middle part of bed is lower than the rest of the bed. Anyways, if i knew it would be sent from China, I would have gone to Aliexpress to order the same from a Creality store in Europe and get the item in 1 week via DHL, nobody provided me option or warning that there is going to be stuff from China. The nozzles came from UK for whatever reason, and again for an order I added nozzled and BLTouch too + the printer I had three shipments out of which I got two. That is not to say the store is not good or you shouldn't buy from there, but accessories, I would think twice If I wanted them direct from china or other good sellers. Taking one star away. Also for the fact that I was encouraged to write a honest review for a coupon code, which I did and once I got the coupon, thinking I could order some accessories from there, I was told the coupon only applies to a new printer. But i just got one! Whats the point of giving me a voucher for another printer if I haven't or have barely used the first printer that I bought? Bit odd...
UPDATE 17.10: The BLTouch I was waiting for finally arrived in good condition but took a month to get here. The instructions however were not fit for my board somehow and I spent a whole day just trying to get the thing to work, but it looks like it is good now and working. So all good, all products received.
P.S. I still believe the brand is good and store is legit, but it needs some more information about what you buy and from where it ships or when...

I purchased this printer and it was shipped very very fast via Fedex. Fedex unfortunately delivered it to my neighbor four houses down so it arrived a day later. That is a Fedex problem and not the fault of Creality3d. They were very professional and prompt when I contacted them. I got my printer set up within about 45 minutes. The directions were pretty much self explanatory and the pictures were easy to follow. Once all was hooked up and the bed was level, I performed the test print of the dog. It came out flawlessly. Very nice finish. I printed a few other items, mainly related to RC cars, and they were all great. For the price I paid and what I got, I am thoroughly satisfied. Thank you very much for making my entry into 3d printing a great one!

I bought an Ender3. Shipping from Germany was super fast and the printer came faster than expected. Assembly was easy and within 2 hours I printed my first model. Good quality, as advertised. I played around and used the included piece of filament: I managed to print some small models with it. Can't wait for the filament spool to arrive. I had a minor issue with the bed, the support was fast and effective: the gave me suggestions and everything went smooth.
What else can I say? Go get one!
