The printer is working as expected, I struggled for sometime to make everything work on the right track, there are some configurations need to be done, it becomes easy once I get familiar with the printer, also, the filament is important, I find that PLA from esun is better than other brand.

I'ved placed an order 1 month ago and i dont know anything about the status of this order, i try to call and the number is not available, i already sent 4 or 5 emails and nothing. i start to think that the printer will not be send and my money too ;(

I had an issue with a coupon code when I was ordering my printer, and customer service was able to get it taken care of. They always responded relatively quickly (accounting for time difference) and were very helpful. Ender 5 is working great!

Very please with the quality
Very please with the quality of the product. Took about 30 min to assemble and another hour to adjust and level the bed. I had a small issue with the extruder motor so I emailed support, and they responded quickly and explained that the extruder motor will not work unless the hot end is above 185. After I realized the designed safety feature I was good to go. I was very surprised and please with the quick response from support. CE5

Good experience with printer order, bad experience with accessories
I will admit like I see a lot of people here speak, I did find the website branding and placement on google a bit deceptive, where I thought I was purchasing from the legitimate Creality website. Placing that aside, as it does seem like they are a legitimate reseller, I'm not going to focus on that.
The order placement was smooth and they did quote that it would arrive within 3-7 business days when ordering which was acceptible to me as I couldn't find a good Amazon prime legitimate reseller at the time. I placed my order on a Sunday and my order as it was in stock in the US warehouse shipped out the next day. I did successfully receive it the following Friday with no issue and am now printing on my Ender 3 V2. The only thing I didn't enjoy was that they used OnTrac for shipping to me and that company doesn't track packages well with my package being only scanned in at the Commerce, CA facility then being "delayed by an event" from it's original arrival date of Wednesday. After 2 days of delays I did reach out to Creality3d.shop support to see if they could provide more detail for me on where it is at. They responded promptly and opened up and inquiry with OnTrack. May have been coincidental but shortly after that my package magically arrive in Tacoma, WA and 2 hours later was out for delivery.
I would say the experience with the company directly including the support has been a positive experience and wouldn't change who I bought my first 3D printer from.
Edited Review, Decreased stars to 3: At the same time I ordered a pack of assorted nozzles from this vendor assuming the accessories from an approved reseller would be good quality but found out I was wrong. They have no way of telling you if any of the accessories are in the US warehouse and in all honesty they note this on the website, so assume it all ships out from the warehouse in Chine. This didn't bother me too much, I wanted some replacement .4mm and some .2mm nozzles for my printer so was excited to get it. It did take over 30 days to make it's way over to me. I finally received it and was packaged nicely, it came in 3 sealed packages with 5 nozzles in each package. My assumption is that each package is a different size. Now this is when we start getting to my issue with the accessories. The 15pc nozzle pack clearly shows pictures of engraved nozzle tips, where the nozzle size is engraved on the side of the nozzle for easy size identification. This was not the case, in fact there was no size identification on the packaging either, so I couldn't label them myself in anyway. So now I have 15 useless brass nozzles (to me) and the product in no way meets what I bought and was advertised. Customer service was very underwhelming here, telling me that quality assurance must have missed it and they can only give me a 2 dollar credit (for a 15.99 product) or I can send it back at my cost for a return. I've even tried to eyeball it with a different set I ended up buying from Amazon which was engraved but the nozzle style was different and it was had to match up the sizing of the nozzle hole. Wrote it off as a loss and tossed them in the trash. Be wary of buying accessories from this vendor, don't trust the pictures they show.

If you are thinking about buying a Stupendous Creality Printer, and you looked online for it and found this website, be aware, that they are not the official store, they sell everything around 30% more expensive, while posing within everything they show you, as they are the official site.
I boutgh two printers there, thinking i was dealing with the official store, and it was not, i ended up paying more 120 Euros, than what the printer really cost, I boutgh 2, could have boutgh 3 anywhere else.
My bad, as i thought if I was dealing with the oficial store, the upscale in pricing could be around some item, (as I am new to 3D Printing) as the original store, would not be pricing up.
Do not do the same mistake as i did, and dont buy from them, unless you want to be fooled and pay more for the items.
When you contact them, they will keep fooling you, not answering to what you ask, and do not care about managing business seriously to their clients.
I got fooled, so i write this so you be aware, and proceed with caution.
They are not official althoutgh their whole website it is design to pretend ot os , and they do not treat their clients with respect, and everything costs alot more.
Do not get fooled.
They dont do refunds, they make you pay for shipping, althoutgh they mention you can give it back in 14 days, they ask me for money if i want to give it back. I end up taking the printer as I was not sure i was going to get my money back, so i cut my losses there.
Be aware.
Creality3dshop, i wish you all well, but people need to be aware.

Folks, believe me in my first post. These people at the cleverly disguised reseller "Creality3d.shop" received my emails to cancel the order and ignored them. I can only guess they wanted that sale to go out, regardless.
Be smart and order directly from the REAL CREALITY at creality3dofficial.com
Their price was better (plus no tax) and they will respond if you have issues with your order. BTW, my new CR 6 SE is working great. I highly recommend it. The auto leveling works great and you wont have to mess with manually leveling and wondering if you got it right.

I recently got my first 3-D printer and to my surprise when I opened the box it appeared that the base of the 3-D printer wobbled. This was a serious issue because you can't print on an uneven surface. I emailed customer service right away and they quickly responded! They then went right to work with asking the right questions and within 2 days they helped me diagnosis and solve my issue. Really appreciate their help! Sure beats sending everything back and having to deal with that hassle.

Super Fast Shipping!
I bought an Ender 3 Pro. With delays with COVID, I was expecting the delivery to easily take 3 or more weeks. I received my printer 3 days after I ordered it! I spent the afternoon getting it set up and it has been working great. I've seen some reviews with people complaining about bad printers. While I can't speak to their experience, I will say that anyone buying one of these printers should be aware that setting it up is a process. I am an engineer, and it still took me the better part of an afternoon and I watched multiple YouTube videos before I built it. Which isn't to say you need to be an engineer to build these printers, you absolutely don't. Just know that it will take time, its part of the process. It will take time to get the settings right and fix print issues. I've always heard, "Good, Cheap, Fast, pick two." This printer is amazing, and cheap... it's not fast.

Great print Quality with a big room for development
I got my Ender 3 pro one month ago. I’m so happy with it so far. I wanted to post a review since one month, but I decided to test it before and write about my experience after one month wither I’m happy or not. Since long time, I was searching about 3D printers (Quality, performance, durability, price …etc.). Ender3 pro was the most suitable choice for me. Low budget printer with high quality prints. The print quality is amazing in comparison with high price printers. I did a lot of test prints and compared them with Ultimaker3 using same print profiles. The results of Ender 3 pro are pretty much good. I like build and improving things. As a beginner, I highly recommend Ender 3 pro because you can get great quality with a low price. During your journey in 3D printing you will gain more experience. Though, you can consider it as your 3D-buddy and improve through this journey ;). Regarding the customer support of Creality3d, they are so helpful, responding quickly, and provide a very good customer service. My experience with them is good.
Hint: The first thing you need to improve is the auto-bed-leveling. This will higher up your printer quality.

The only machine to buy.
I don’t write reviews. So this is rare that I’m writing this one. Let me say this first. Their prices are GREAT. No one comes close to Creality on price value. Shipping was fast. Now to their machines. You would think at their prices , you’d be getting a second rate machine. Not true. I’ve been doing machining and mechanical work all my life. These machines work right out of the box. Plus what I like is they are upgradable. If you want to turbo charge a machine you can. From the hot end to the extruder. Throw a raspberry pie on it even. I have one other brand I won’t mention, that I can’t turbo charge. The rest of my print farm is Creality machines.

Ender 5- first time buyer (2nd 3D printer)
The customer support was SUPER quick to respond to me which was nice (even prior to getting the printer). The overall instructions are difficult to understand if you haven’t worked with this type of printer before. The directions to set up are okay, but the “how to” on how to work the actual printer once it’s built weren’t very helpful. Could use work. Also... it is important to note that the voltage has to be adjusted to US voltage (there is a tiny note but that is significant!).
The quality of printing the machine does once it’s up and working and you’ve figured out how to work everything is great. We will now get to enjoy it.
