From me 5 stars I bought cr10s pro v2 and honestly I didn't expect it to work so well, the print quality is actually perfect, it's a beautiful printer, easy to use and honestly I was surprised to see that it measures in 25 points but most of all I like the compensation Z is very useful, if you don't like the way the layers are laid, you can change the Z in during printing. otherwise silent and only coolers can be heard, even the motherboard is cooled when heated to function optimally. the only downside I see is from the ball bearings, the rubber part will break pretty quickly

I had a small issue of a set screw coming loose after a time, so I wrote to the support team and I am happy to say that their response was very fast and extremely helpful! Their Technicians sent a rundown of all possible issues in a neat and understandable way. I now know and can assure anyone else that they can rely on their service. Great!

Worst experience ever! Right now I have a paperweight and not a printer. The printer was ok out of the box but after installing the bl touch it broke. Customer support will ask you to repeat same steps over and over and they won’t give any information on how to get the printer returned or serviced. My printer is now stopped for longer than it worked and I am for months trying to get any useful support. Don’t waste your money! Update: my comment on the creality website was deleted! Luckily there is no tool to delete it on Trustpilot.
2nd update: Creality also tried to delete my Trustpilot review, clamming I was not a legit customer. Thank you Trustpilot for making things transparent. An advise for creality support, please hire English native speakers, because it’s a nightmare trying to solve complex troubleshooting with automatic translation tools.

I received the printer in a week which is awesome. The glass bed was warped so bad that there was no way to fix it with tape. That was the direction the company told me to do. I did send them a picture of the table with a metal ruler showing how warped it was (this is what they asked me to do). They responded with another test, This company is so bad that there afraid to send me a 12 -15 dollar glass bed. I am not going to play this game by doing all these tests when I can order one on Amazon for 12-15 bucks.DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE. CUSTOMER SERVICE IS VERY BAD IF U HAVE PROBLEMS you will need to prove there is a problem by running all these tests. I guess we are all full of crap and there printers never have problems.
Update 4/7/21. I purchased a new glass bed and it prints perfect.
4/8 No response And I certainly hope you don't apply punishment to employees for making a mistake.
4/9 Received a response this morning stating they will issue me a new bed. I will update when and if I receive it.

with a tracking number.
4/27 Sent them a message on 4/20. They responded with we will provide tracking number once it arrives at the warehouse. I think they are blowing smoke up my butt and will never receive one. Beware before you buy.

My creality Ender 3 Pro stopped extruding filament so I contacted the support team. They replied very quickly, within a day since I emailed them at 2 am my time. They gave very simple to follow instructions with images and videos to help me trouble shoot my problem. Over the course of 5 or 6 emails they were able to help me get my printer up and running. there is a very small language barrier but the team is very knowledgeable, extremely helpful and quickly replied to emails. I am highly satisfied with the customer service and would recommend Creality Printers to every artist and hobbyist I know.

I ordered an ender 3 v2 and filament that was labeled as in stock and available to ship within 2-3 days. After a week nothing shipped but the company printed a label for some of the items I ordered (just never shipped the items). After asking for the whole order to be cancelled and my order to be refunded .shop agreed to refund the order and cancel. 3 days later they only refunded part of the order. The part they printed a label for but never shipped they did not refund.

I ordered my CR-10S Pro V2 on a Thursday evening and had it delivered the following Wednesday, which is excellent. I did however not receive any advance notification on the delivery, neither from Creality nor DHL. If I had received that I would have had it delivered already on Tuesday. That being said the printer seems to work fine. Following the instructions it was easy to assemble and adjust. The very first print was a success and I hope it continues to deliver good results.

the 3D printer that I ordered didn't work. The warranty does not include labor and does not include part shipping. So you pay for a crappy printer, you have to debug the crappy design, then you pay again to get crappy part replacement, and you have to spend time to replace it. Really Awesome

They had logistics problems or problems with their delivery, either way I tried waiting a month for them to figure out what was going on but the shipping never updated so i made a paypal claim so i could get my money back because the communication wasn't really good i was left speculating as to what was happening. They ended up saying the "shipper" has it but ontrac never updated and i called twice so yeah i resorted to claiming, i didn't want to deal with all the wait any longer.

They say they do return within 14 days. That just isn't true. My cr-10s has a frame that won't sit flush on the table. I asked for a return, they asked for proof. I sent them proof, they try making me fix it. All I want to do is return the printer and they keep asking me to prove everything and won't seem to let me return it. The product they sent me was broken and the way they respond is to prove it's broken or do it yourself but will not refund me. They also keep trying to put the problem on the customer by saying "you have to work with us or we can't help you" which simply isn't true as I've been the one who been trying to get the return and refund. I've done everything they've said but still, they won't offer the return I originally asked for.

Amazing, affordable, great customer service (very personable and professional)...cannot say enough about my new Ender 3 v2 printer. Creality’s instructional videos along with DRVAX YouTube videos (it is a big proponent of Creality printers because of the quality and value) made printing a snap. From bed leveling, installing the BL touch to printing lithophanes or shelf brackets or even nuts and bolts, this printer does it all. Creality has engineered a product that is easy to use and expand! A fun project was adding Octoprint, a web cam and a Canakit raspberry pi so I could print remotely while I healed up from leg surgery. This is such a great printer, and with all the free resources available; Thingiverse, Tinkercad, Freecad, Itslitho, PrusaSlicer, OpenScad and MeshMixer, you can be up and printing very useful and fun items in a short time - all because this printer is so well designed and supported. Thank you Creality for opening the world of affordable 3D printing to everyone!

I bought the Creality CR-10 V3 as a birthday present for my son. My son is 16 and he had no problems with the setup of the printer in any way. The starting-up was very easy, you had to set up the printing bed, select the file and start printing. The printing bed is big enough and there is also enough space to the top even for highter objects. The priniting result is very precise and its fascinating to watch it printing. So far we have not tried any other filaments only the supplied and the result was very good. But we will try other filamends and then I can provide more detailed informations. The printer is in continuous operation for one week, until now it makes a very good job and it makes a lot of fun constructing your own objects and printing them out. For us it is an absolute buy recommendation and I think the price-performance ration is OK. As a suggestion for improvement it might be desirable to have a WLAN connection but i also works perfectly as it is.
