Phone number doesn't work. Chat is unresponsive. The emails sent go unresponsive. When they reply to the email, it is a generic email. If you have been screwed and used paypal. You must contact PayPal immediately to dispute. The creality company will send out 2 emails. One stating what the crd # is and the other one stating that they can't refund due to it being shipped. Its the response that you will receive if you start asking questions. Read the bbb and other reviews and you know that it's true. Avoid this company by all means. You can't write a review on their website even if your a verified customer. The best option is to go through Amazon. It may cost more but you know your protected and you can return if unsatisfied and be able to write a review of your experience.

Creality3d gets 5 stars because not only are the machines solid but the tech support is really good. Typically with fdm printing I find its usually some minor problem that's causing failures. However if you have several of those problems at once it's very challenging to get back up and running again. Creatity3d support did a good job working me through each issues. The problems all started after I fried my original motherboard (was trying to reposition the binder clip while the machine was on - not my brightest moment). After replacing the hot plate & motherboard, things got hard when I needed to change the firmware on the silent motherboard, any firmware I tried gave me problems, before I gave up I decided to try Tech support, I'm glad I did. Tech Support got me the correct firmware, helped me with a reverse extruding problem, under extrusion problem, and identified that leveling was needed. All of this was not easy, to solve these problems still took lots of due diligence on my part. Creality3d quickly Identified a clog in the hot end, I followed the procedure they showed in a video to clean the area between the back of the nozzle and tube. After cleaning that area I did a test print and noticed under extrusion occurring later on during the print. So I assumed that the clog is major, luckily I had a spare hotend set so I swapped it out and finally had a consistent flow of filament. My under extrusion problem was finally fixed by increasing the number of E-steps by a lot . Both of these solutions was not given to me by Creality3d but they did a great job steering me toward these solutions.

These positive feedbacks are just created by them. Tell me, what shop in the EU charges you for sending a part that you have to replace on your own?? These feedbacks, where a happy customer writes, that it costs only 8 dollars or euro. Come on?! Could you trustpilot seek a little more detailed, who is uploading reviews?

My Creality CR10s Pro V2 started having Z axis motor trouble after a couple weeks of working just fine. Across the next 8 months or so, Creality CS agents worked with me via email to isolate the problem and correct it. I purchased new spacers and a motor on my own, and they provided a new motherboard and z-axis wiring. While it took a very long time, they did fix the problem. I'm pleased with the service I received.

I had some calibration problems with my new Ender 3 Max. Deb and the team sent me a model to print so they could see what the printer was doing. I emailed them pictures of what was happening and Deb and The Team sent clear instructions back to me on correcting the 3d printer and It worked like a charm, Thanks Deb.

A piece broke off my ender 3 V2 so I asked if they could send me a replacement piece. They replied right away and could identify what needed to be fixed. I only needed to pay an $8 shipping fee. It did take a full month till I received the piece in the mail, but being from China it was no surprise why the shipping took so long. My printer now works perfectly.

I am in Arizona, purchased my first 3D printer, CR-10 V2 and I am loving it. I received the printer quickly, setup was very easy, and enough filament was included to print for about 8 hours. I completed my order and chose the incorrect coupon, I reached out to customer service and they fixed it for me with no issues and refunded me the difference from the better offer. I look forward to working with Creality more. I will buy from them again, this has been a great experience.

I bought this from the Creality site as a birthday gift. It arrived in 3 days (GREAT)!! It was opened on April 27, 2021. Noticed a missing part. Contacted the company via email THAT DAY! Received a prompt reply with instructions. Complied with instructions. The missing part arrived on June 27th. 2 whole months later. It would have taken less time to return the printer and order a new one.

I have been using the Creality printers Ender3, CR-10 S4, CR-10 Max and LD-006-Resin for a while now. They have produced satisfactory prints out of PETG PLA and Resin. Certainly they are not always reliable and require attention to make them work optimally, but at this price point it is hard to complain. The big online community also helps with resolving issues.

I had some issues with my CR-10 V3. I contacted the Customer Service Department and they answered the next day. I was very surprised by their quick response. Thanks to them my problem was solved within a week.

I've read some bad experiences with this seller so I was a little nervous after I had already ordered. I was pleasantly surprised that within 2 business days I had a tracking number and an actual pickup. 3 days later it was on my doorstep. The box was undamaged and the contents were perfect. I assembled my laser engraver / cutter and everything works great. I'm very happy with the quality and speed of delivery

I continue to not having any solution to my problem, they send me outdate printer, after sales doesn't work neither, nobody takes responsibility, and the guy who contact me, was very cordial, on the first and unique mail that send me talking about sending me a mainboard... until today nothing more to say... crap company I think is not the solution, very disappointing with creality 3d... I buyed on a suppost EU site and after I payed for some itens also.... I was charged twice because they send the itens from a China storage.... buy directly to creality, not this middle wanna be...
Its situations like this that make me regret acquiring the creality printer....
The real creality company, never treat a client like this... zero answers zero solutions....
Plz buy diferent brands because post selling service does not exist....

Definitely not scammers. I got my printer within a week, got my e-mails answered, and bought my printer at the cheapest price on the market. If you were looking for a quick review, here it is. You don't need to worry about what you have been reading online.
But if you have some time to spend, here's my full and fair review (No, i'm not getting paid to advertise them. I just think some people were unlucky, others weren't fair)
I ordered a CR-10 S4 and later that day I found out plenty of bad reviews of Creality3D on the internet which made me worry wether I would lose my money, since all of the reviews were reporting them as scammers.
I quickly sent an e-mail just to check on my order. They actually replied pretty fast saying my Post code was wrong (it was not, but I re-sent it anyway). I wondered why they didn't contacted me before with that issue, instead they waited for my e-mail, thus delaying my order. For this I was about to lower the rating but I gave them the benefit of the doubt. They could have also contacted me a few hours later that day.
2 more nervous e-mails from my side just to check that everything was correct now, and they replied straight away, not just telling me not to worry but also with the tracking number already. The order was dispatched that same moment with DHL.
Took 2 days to arrive from Germany to Czech Republic, and then 3 more days with the local Post deliveries.
The box arrived, everything that was supposed to be inside, was in it. do damages, no flaws, no defects. Couldn't be more happier! I got the best price, the post-sales support was fast answering my e-mails. All in all, great website to buy your Reality 3D printer from.
Having said this, i'm not saying that you might not get unlucky some time. Maybe your part will get lost somewhere during transit. But if you have a tracking number, and you didn't get your parts, that means something happened, but they are not necessarily scammers. Try to sort it out with the sales support and the courier they used.

I ordered my Creality Ender 5 Pro from creality3dshop_eu at first thinking this was an official EU Creality webshop. However, after ordering I found out this was not the case.
Nonetheless the printer arrived within a week from their warehouse in Europe. Packaging was good, no damage whatsoever.
However, after a few weeks, when I wanted to install a newly ordered BLtouch, I found out that the mainboard was a V1.1.4 (8 bit) board, whereas the site stated it should a 32 bit V4.2.2 board.
When contacting customer support they told me that they would send me the V4.2.2 board for free and that I did not need to return the V1.1.4 board.
After a few weeks (had to come from China) I received the board and now I'm happily printing away with the new board and my installed BL touch.
I'm very satisfied with the service they provided. All my (many) emails were answered within a day (there is a big time difference) and all replies were very friendly.
Based on my experience I do recommend buying your creality printer here.

It has taken some time for the delivery of my BL Touch upgrade for Ender Pro 3.
Once installed, it works perfectly.
No issues and no more manual interventions about levelling the print bed. Time win and better print quality!

I was a bit worried after reading some of the reviews here, but at least for me the printer arrived on time and works great (I'm in Belgium and got an Ender 3). Just one thing: I had to shim the vertical profiles because they were cut at a slight angle. Nothing major though.

I ordered an Ender Pro at the end of March for a project I needed by mid April, I still don't have the machine. They sent me a tracking number that said, Information Received, "Waiting for item." It still says this today. I made the mistake of buying additional filament, which arrived in a week, but no printer. I contacted them, which began a month long email fest. Each emails started with "We are very sorry"and then wait. First it was wait 3 days, then it was till the end of the month, finally they said they had to do an investigation with FedEx which would take 4-8 weeks. I told them I needed it and I would wait another week which is how long they promised in the first place. They responded with: "Why would we lie." Well, lets see here, you have $250.00 of my money and I have Nothing! I ended up buying a Flashforge off Amazon and had it in 5 days, so I proceeded to use the filament that I bought from them (which is the Crappiest stuff I ever used so far). I then had to make a claim through Paypal, who, after two weeks of back and forth, says I have to send the filament back to get a full refund... And here is the catch, it was shipped to me from CA or NJ, but I have to send it to CHINA! I have shipped things out of the country before and it is not cheap, like Hundreds of dollars not cheap! And it is at my cost and has to be in original packaging which I don't have. I am still working with PayPal, but it is not looking good for me. I guess a $250.00 mistake is a learning experience. Buy from Amazon or a local hobby shop. Microcenter carries the Ender line too.
UPDATE: As of 5-16-2021, I have not gotten anything from Creality3d.shop and Paypal has concluded that since I did not ship what I do not have back to China, they will not refund me the money for what I did not get.
I looked into how much it would cost to ship one spool of filament to the China Address that Paypal required me to send to. Using a new spool off of Amazon, I took the box and everything to my UPS Store; USPS was $182.00, UPS was $336.00 and FedEx was $364.00. Now remember that the items I got from Creality3d.shop were shipped to me from inside the United States, New Jersey, Texas and California. This is their game!! If I only bought one item and did not get it, they would have to send another, but if you buy more than one item, you will be required to send everything you got, back to China and if you don't, you forfeit any claim to a refund. From what I have read, this is the same thing with their "14 Day return policy".
*Side note*, The filament is a very poor quality and it is very over-priced. I lost almost 50% of my prints due to clogged extruder. They charged $29.99 for a 1kg spool, Amazon offers 1kg for $17.99-$24.99 depending on color.

Lets be very clear here and I hope "you can understand me here!" You did not refund me anything! I asked for a refund for the printer alone, I never asked for the money for the filament back and you offered me a 4-8 week run-a-round. Then, when I disputed it through Paypal, you said that I would get a refund IF I returned the filament to a China address! When I tried to explain that I bought a different printer and used up the filament, I was met with, "Since you did not return the items, your claim is Declined." And once a dispute is closed in Paypal, you cant open it or even dispute the result. So, I had to go to my credit card, which took the money back, but then you disputed it again and said that I got the items. I then had to provide the tracking number of the item that I did not get and then they returned my money, NOT YOU!
